An inclinable rebounding exercise device comprising at least one inclinable rail having an upper and a lower end; an adjustable support assembly that allows the at least one rail to be adjusted to a desired inclination angle; a sliding platform slidably mounted with respect to the at least one rail; a support base; a foot platform assembly including a pair of resilient, independent foot platforms coupled to the support base. The pair of resilient, independent foot platforms allow for a soft landing achieved by absorbing energy therein, reducing joint stress and allowing greater muscle exercise.

An inclinable exercise device includes a support; an adjustable incline having an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion operably supported by the support to allow adjustment in an angle of the adjustable incline; a user support platform movably attached to the adjustable incline for movement of the user support platform along the adjustable incline during at least one of jumping and squat exercises; a foot support stand secured to the adjustable incline in the lower portion, the foot support engaged by one's feet during at least one of jumping and squat exercises; one or more resistance mechanisms resisting upward movement of the user support platform along the adjustable incline during at least one of jumping and squat exercises.

An exercise device includes a vertical support member; an adjustable incline having a first end and a second end, the first end of the adjustable incline vertically movable with respect to the vertical support member for setting the incline of the adjustable incline, the adjustable incline including a top rail and a bottom rail pivotally coupled to each other at a first location; a strut with a first end and a second end, the first end of the strut being pivotally coupled to the vertical support member and the second end of the strut being pivotally coupled to the adjustable incline at a second location that is not the same as the first location; a user support platform movably attached to the adjustable incline; pulleys and one or more cables coupled to the adjustable incline and user support platform for movement of the support platform along the adjustable incline.

Collapsible inclinable exercise device and method of using same

A method of using an adjustably inclinable exercise device using guidelines from a selected strength table, hypertrophy table, power table, or endurance table. The exercise device includes an adjustable incline and an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the incline of the adjustable incline. A user selects parameters including a loading parameter from the selected table, adjusts the incline to an inclination corresponding to the selected loading parameter, and engages the exercise device for performance of exercise training according to the selected parameters.
