The invention relates to antibodies that bind to VEGFR-2. The antibodies are used for treating neoplastic diseases, hyperproliferative disorders, and angiogenic disorders and can be used alone or in combination with other agents.

Human anti-VEGFR-2/KDR antibodies

The invention provides antibodies that specifically bind to PD-L1 and fusion molecules comprising PD-L1 binding proteins constructed with an IL15 receptor-binding domain, nucleic acid molecules encoding the same, and therapeutic compositions thereof. The agents inhibit PD-L1-mediated immunosuppression and enhance cell and cytokine mediated immunity for the treatment of neoplastic and infectious diseases.

Immunomodulatory agents

An aqueous tumor-targeting liposome nanoparticle composition comprises an aqueous dispersion of liposome nanoparticles. The nanoparticles preferably encapsulate an anti-cancer chemotherapeutic agent, which can be added to a pre-formed liposome composition or can be incorporated in the liposomes during the formation of the liposomes. The liposome nanoparticles comprise a legumain-targeting lipid admixed with one or more other micelle or vesicle-forming lipid materials in the form of nanoparticulate liposomes dispersed in an aqueous carrier. A preferred tumor-targeting liposome nanoparticle composition comprises a legumain-targeting lipid component and polyethylene glycol-conjugated lipid component. The legumain-targeting lipid component comprising a hydrophobic lipid portion covalently attached to a legumain-binding moiety.

Nanoparticle-based tumor-targeted drug delivery

The invention provides novel inhibitors of ROCK1 and/or ROCK2. Also provided are methods of treating diseases and disorders involving inhibiting ROCK1 and/or ROCK2. The present invention includes pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of the invention and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or diluents. The present invention provides fully human antibodies that specifically bind to human FLT3 within extracellular domains 4 or 5 with high affinity. The invention further provides methods of treating leukemia by administering an effective amount of an antibody either alone or in combination with an anti-cancer agent or treatment including methotrexate.
