Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to interpretation workflows for machine learning-enabled event tree-based diagnostic and customer problem resolution. According to one aspect, a system can receive a workflow construction specification derived from a machine learning-enabled event tree ('MLET'). The MLET can be generated for use by a customer service agent to resolve a customer problem. The workflow construction specification can include a plurality of objects, each of which represents a navigation path through the MLET. The system can traverse the workflow construction specification and can create a set of workflow creation commands based upon at least one policy. The system can generate a workflow visualization interpretation file based upon the set of workflow creation commands. The workflow visualization interpretation file can identify how the MLET derived a root cause of the customer problem. The system can then present the workflow visualization interpretation file to the customer service agent.

Interpretation workflows for machine learning-enabled event tree-based diagnostic and customer problem resolution

Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to a flexible behavioral chain ('FBC') framework for permission-based enterprise-focused blockchain applications. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a chain framework module ('CFM') executed by a FBC system can receive a new block request to add a new block to an FBC. The new block request can be created by a trigger management module (&#x201c;TMM&#x201d;) executed by the FBC system in response to a trigger, such as a customer touchpoint, a customer engagement, a subscribed event, and/or a virtual event. In response to the new block request, the CFM can generate the new block. A customer value score derivation module (&#x201c;CVSDM&#x201d;) executed by the FBC system can determine a customer value score (&#x201c;CVS&#x201d;) for a customer. The CFM can incorporate the CVS into the new block. The CFM can connect the new block to the FBC.

Flexible behavioral chain framework for permission-based enterprise-focused blockchain applications

A processing system may obtain a request to deploy a service comprising a first virtual network function (VNF) to a multi-cloud environment comprising cloud infrastructures, the request including metadata associated with the service, decompose the service into a plurality of modules comprising: a plurality of VNFs and/or a plurality of components of the first VNF, select at least a first deployment model for the service from among a plurality of deployment models, based upon the metadata, each deployment model comprising rules for assigning the plurality of modules to cloud infrastructures, and deploy a first module to a first cloud infrastructure and a second module to a second cloud infrastructure.

Personal adaptive radio access network advanced capabilities are provided. A device can include a transceiver; a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations comprising facilitating movement of the device from a first position associated with a user equipment (UE) to a second position in response to an observed signal strength at the UE from a communication network being determined to have fallen below a threshold; in response to facilitating the movement of the device, determining a first communication frequency for communications between the device and the UE based on features determined to be present in an environment associated with the UE; and conveying signals transmitted by the communication network to the UE via the transceiver at the first communication frequency instead of a second communication frequency used by the communication network.

Personal adaptive radio access network advanced capabilities

Systems and methods to manage operation of at least one network is provided. The system includes a processor, an input/output device coupled to the processor, and a memory coupled with the processor. The memory comprises executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to effectuate operations. The operations include identifying at least one event signature associated with an event, wherein the event signature is indicative that it is probable that at least one user of the network will experience a predefined service anomaly. Operation of the network is monitored for a presence of the at least one event signature. The presence of the at least one event signature is detected. At least one action is determined to deter the predefined service anomaly. The action is caused to be implemented on the network.
