Provided is a device for simultaneously communicating with a first wireless communication device and a second wireless communication device. A microphone is housed within the device and circuitry therefor is included in the device, and preferably housed within the device. The device form-fits generally over a user's mouth and nose and has an air tube extending substantially the length of the device, within the interior of the device, to relieve back-pressure. The device is shaped to promote attenuation of sound within the device, and is constructed to reduce uptake of outside, extraneous sound by the microphone. The circuitry comprises one or more processors, an audio capture module, power management module, listening output module, and data storage module. The device also has a touch screen interface.

A mounting bracket system for mounting a loudspeaker monitor onto a microphone stand pole without requiring disassembly of either the loudspeaker monitor or the microphone stand. First and second mounting brackets may be mounted to a loudspeaker monitor or other product to be mounted. An indent on each mounting bracket is configured to engage a microphone stand or another elongated, pole-like structure, supporting the weight of the loudspeaker monitor through frictional forces.

A turn signal system for a bicycle comprises a left and right front and rear turn signal and a rear alert signal that has multi-mode operation. The system is battery powered and can be adapted to an electric bicycle having a variety of power voltages. The system includes a controller and a multi-axis accelerometer to actuate the alert signal in the event of sudden deceleration.

The present invention pertains to the field of control and manipulation of a digital audio signal by a user manipulable touch sensitive control surface. The present invention is specifically applicable to user manipulation of digital audio signals by disc jockeys (DJs). A touch sensitive surface substantially circumferential in shape is divided into two regions: an inner or central portion and an outer or circumferential portion. The inner portion responds to linear motion imparted by the user while the outer portion responds to circumferential motion. The linear motion imparted by the user in the central portion is used manipulate a digital audio data stream in order to impart a scratch effect.

An enclosure is arranged for housing electronics associated with a luminaire and includes a first member including a mounting interface arranged to couple the first member to the luminaire and a second member mechanically coupled to the first member. The mounting interface facilitates provisionally coupling the first member to the luminaire and securing the enclosure to the luminaire. A corresponding mounting apparatus for securing an enclosure to a luminaire includes a mounting member having an opening and configured to be secured to a surface of a luminaire and a neck portion extending from the enclosure and configured to pass through the opening. The neck portion includes a neck opening that is configured to allow wiring to be routed from the electronics to the luminaire. The neck portion and the mounting member may include respective complementary surfaces to provide a mounting interface for provisionally coupling the enclosure to the luminaire.
