A method for heating a preform () comprising a body portion () extending along a longitudinal axis (A). The method comprises the following steps: —introducing the preform () into a heating apparatus () comprising an array of infrared emitters () arranged in multiple columns (Cj) and rows (Ri); —setting power levels of the infrared emitters () so as to divide said array into subsets of columns (SCn); and—heating the preform while translating it in a direction parallel to the rows (Ri), and simultaneously rotating it around its longitudinal axis, the rotation and translation speeds, and the power levels of the infrared emitters () being set so that the power levels of the subsets of columns (SCn) facing zones () of the body portion extending longitudinally are different from the power levels of the subsets of columns facing the rest of the body portion, said zones extending relative to one another in a polygonal array.

Method for heating a preform () comprising: introducing the preform () into a heating apparatus () comprising an array of infrared emitters () arranged in multiple columns (Cj) and multiple rows (Ri), orienting angularly the preform at an input angular position by rotating the preform around the longitudinal axis; setting power levels of the infrared emitters () so as to divide the array of infrared emitters () into subsets of columns (SCn), each subset of columns (SCn) generating heat at a different power level from an adjacent subset of columns (SCn); and heating the preform () with the array of infrared emitters () while translating the preform () in a direction parallel to the rows (Ri) of the array at a translation speed, and simultaneously rotating said preform () around its longitudinal axis (A) in front of said infrared emitters () at a rotation speed.

The invention concerns a method for filling a thermoplastic container (), comprising a mouth (), with a gasified liquid having a pressure (P), said method using a filling unit () and comprising the steps of: &#x2014;Positioning the container () under a filling head () of the filling unit (), the filling head () comprising a product filling valve (); &#x2014;Establishing fluid tight connection between the filling head () and the mouth () of the container (); &#x2014;Delivering a first volume of a first product (FL) in the container, said first volume being less than 10% of the maximum defined volume of the container; &#x2014;Pressurizing the container () with a pressurized gas (G) at a pressure similar to the pressure (P) of the gasified liquid to be filled, using at least one pressurization valve (); &#x2014;Filling the container () under pressurized condition until its maximum defined volume with the gasified liquid (PL), using the product filling valve (); &#x2014;Depressurizing the container () using a venting valve (); &#x2014;Separating the container () from the filling head (); the resulting gasified liquid in the container () being a mixture of the first product (FL) and of the gasified liquid (PL).
