A cable bus management block for retaining cables having a housing with a base and two opposing sidewalls extending upward generally perpendicular to the base, and a set of channel rungs attached to the sidewalls and extending upward perpendicular to the base, where each of the channel rungs includes a channel along its length. A cable block spacer assembly sits within the channels of the channel rungs, wherein the cable block spacer assembly has a plurality of apertures through which the cables may be retained. The cable bus management block further includes an upper channel support having a channel for seating on top of the cable block spacer assembly, with a securement bar extending laterally across the cable bus management block between the sidewalls, with the securement bar attached to the channel rungs to hold the cable block spacer assembly in place.

Cable bus management block

A cable tray cover for a substantially U-shaped cable tray having a base portion and two opposing sidewalls extending upward generally perpendicular to base portion. The cover includes a plurality of interlocking cover panels for covering cable carried by the cable tray, with each cover panel having a top side, with a first end and a second end, with each cover panel configured to extend transverse across the tray. The first end of each cover panel includes a hinge point to allow the second end of the cover panel to rotate and overlap the second end of an adjacent cover panel for use in a radius section of the cable tray. The cover panels may include a hinge slot and a hinge tab, wherein the hinge tab of a cover panel may be placed through the hinge slot of an adjacent cover panel to form the hinge point.

A cable tray system including two or more cable tray sections comprising a first side rail and a second side rail arranged substantially parallel to one another and a floor extending between. The tray system also includes one or more flex-wires for joining the cable tray sections, where the flex-wires can be U&#x2014; or loop-shaped. Upon exerting tension on the flex-wires, the first and second cable tray sections can move away from one another from a first position to a second position. In addition, the tray system includes a fastening device that removably locks the tray system into the second position.

A slider bracket assembly is provided having one or more slider brackets, one or more strap-slider brackets, a main cable tray, and a tray section, wherein the one or more slider brackets couple the one or more strap-slider brackets to both the main cable tray and the tray section. Methods for installing a slider bracket assembly comprise coupling slider brackets to a first strap-slider bracket and a second strap-slider bracket, coupling the first and second strap-slider brackets to a tray section to form a tray section assembly, and then coupling the tray assembly to a main cable tray using the first and second strap-slider brackets.

Snap on accessory bracket

A cable conveyance assembly having a primary tray section and a splice, each with a horizontal floor and two vertical sidewalls. Each of the sidewalls of the primary tray section includes a ridge on an exterior surface located proximate the floor of the primary tray section and a lip located distally from the floor extending outwardly and downwardly from each sidewall forming a notch spaced outwardly from the exterior surface of each sidewall. The sidewalls of the splice include a glide channel formed on an interior surface of each sidewall proximate the floor of the splice so that splice may be slideably engaged with the primary tray section such that the ridge of the sidewalls of the primary tray section is aligned with and mates with the glide channel on each sidewall of the splice.

Cable conveyance system

A box mounting clip for mounting a junction box on a stud mounting bracket includes a base having a front face, a rear face, an upper edge margin, a lower edge margin, a left edge margin, and a right edge margin. A top flange extends forward from the upper edge margin and a bottom flange extends forward from the lower edge margin. The top and bottom flanges are configured to receive a stud mounting bracket therebetween. A positioning tab extends generally forward from the base at an angle and is configured to prevent rotation of the box mounting clip relative to the stud mounting bracket when the stud mounting bracket is received between the top and bottom flanges.

Crossover-bridge cable routers for routing cables through intersections and/or around corners of cable trays are described herein. The crossover-bridge cable router may include a floor, at least a portion of which is substantially horizontal, and at least two ramps, wherein each ramp extends downward from a side of the floor and is positioned either parallel or perpendicular to the other (i.e., opposing or adjacent) ramp.

A waterfall-type cable router for routing cables out of cable trays includes a curved ramp having a front portion and a rear portion, a vertical left curved wall transitioning into the curved ramp and extending the length of the left side of the curved ramp, and a vertical right curved wall transitioning into the curved ramp and extending the length of the right side of the curved ramp. A first portion of each of the left and right curved walls includes a slot extending upward from the lower edge of the first portion into the curved wall, the slot being configured to attach the cable router to a cable tray.

Waterfall-type cable router

A waterfall-type cable router for routing cables out of cable trays including a floor having a front side, a rear side, a left side, and a right side, wherein at least a portion of the floor is substantially horizontal. A vertical rear wall extends along the rear side of the floor. The cable router further includes a left ramp extending downward from the left side of the floor, a right ramp extending downward from the right side of the floor, and a front ramp extending downward from the front side of the floor. A vertical left curved wall extends between the left ramp and the front ramp, and a vertical right curved wall extends between the right ramp and the front ramp.
