A method, computer usable program product, or a system for managing a blood glucose level of a person including providing a device worn exterior to the person for monitoring a set of treatment factors and a set of environmental factors associated with the person, predicting a blood glucose level for the person based on the set of treatment factors and the set of environmental factors, and responsive to predicting a blood glucose level for the person dropping lower than a predetermined minimum value, supplying carbohydrates to the person.

A method, system or computer usable program product for managing a potential choking condition with a monitoring system including monitoring by the monitoring system by detecting relative positions of a set of emitters disposed along an object, wherein a choking condition is indicated by the set of emitters being on close proximity to a neck portion of a body and arranged in a potentially choking configuration, and responsive to the determination of the choking condition, the monitoring system performing an action.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for message notification management through brain monitoring of end user concentration. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for message notification management through brain monitoring of end user concentration can include receiving neurofeedback for an end user through an interface for a brain monitoring system, comparing the neurofeedback to a threshold level of brain activity indicating a degree of concentration of the end user, and suppressing message notifications for messages in a messaging system responsive to the neurofeedback exceeding the threshold level of brain activity, but otherwise permitting message notifications for messages in the messaging system.
