The legs () have lower flat feet () of truncated wedge shapes with an outer diameter D, and the hub () has a periphery connected to the feet and ribs with a height Hsuch that the ratio of the diameter Dover the height His in the range of about 25 to 90 to maintain strength without the hub engaging the supporting surface on which the feet rest.
