An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) includes a sprayer configured to generate a pressurized fluid flow and a nozzle configured to receive the pressurized fluid from the sprayer and to generate a spray fan to apply the fluid to a surface. The UAV includes sensors and a control unit to control both flight of the UAV and spraying by the sprayer. The fluid can be stored onboard the UAV in a reservoir or can be remotely stored and pumped to the UAV. The UAV control unit can be preloaded with a spray plan and a flight plan, or the UAV can be controlled by a user.

Unmanned aerial vehicle for painting structures

A spray roller system for application of architectural paints coating, includes an extension tube, a spray head mounted on a distal end of the extension tube, and the in-line valve with a trigger mounted on a proximal end of the extension tube, and a roller handle removable mounted on the extension tube adjacent the spray head. The spray roller system can spray and back roll a coating on a down stroke and roll on each up stroke. When the roller handle is removed from the extension tube, it can be used to hand roll sensitive wall areas. With the roller handle removed, extension tube, spray head, and in-line valve can be used as a spray extension to apply coatings in hard to reach areas.

Modular spray roller system

An automated mobile sprayer (AMS) includes a mobile base, an applicator arm supported by the mobile base, and a nozzle extending from the applicator arm. The nozzle receives fluid from a fluid supply and generates an atomized fluid spray for application to a surface. The applicator arm moves vertically relative to the mobile base and the surface to cause the nozzle to generate a vertical fluid stripe. The mobile base moves laterally relative to the surface to cause the nozzle to generate a horizontal fluid stripe.

Systems for automated mobile painting of structures

A layout clip and method comprises a clip body having a channel formed therein which frictionally engages a string that is secured to a layout member that is placed to define a future structure. The layout clip has a gripping portion and is marked to indicate a structure layout position such as a wall etc. The clip has a layout mark on at least one surface. The layout clips are color coded to represent different service items such as plumbing lines or electrical runs. One embodiment includes an elongated gripping portion to aid in placing and removing the clip. A line clip method comprises locating and securing a string that corresponds to a structure such as a wall, pole or fence etc.; then securing a clip along the string to locate where a fixture or other component will be installed. The clips are removable and reusable.

Layout clip and method of use

A reversible, weighted float, useful as a fishing bobber or marker buoy, comprises a buoyant sphere with first and second connectors fixedly attached on either end of its polar axis. The first and second connectors having eyelets at the distal ends thereof for securing an attachment line thereto. First and second cylindrical caps are releasably engageable with the first and second connectors, whereby the cylindrical caps substantially enclose the first and second connectors. Weight is selectively placed in either one of the cylindrical caps causing the sphere to stand in an upright position with the cylindrical caps in perpendicular alignment to the surface of water, independent of size and any attachments.

Reversible weighted float

A method and apparatus for manufacturing a frayless line is disclosed. The device includes a winder with a plurality of individually rotatable hooks mounted on its surface that rotates in a concurrent direction to the hooks, a spreader for separating groups of strands in a spaced apart manner at a selected point so the strand groups may be freely and easily twisted together, and a slidable rotatable support for twisting a plurality of individual group of strands together to form a line.
