A sports training device including a first elongate rod. A user engagement element is coupled to the first elongate rod. A second elongate rod is longitudinally aligned with respect to the first elongate rod. A second engagement element is coupled the second elongate rod. A first stopper is movably coupled to the second elongate rod and a second stopper is movably coupled to the second elongate rod. A portion of the first elongate rod is slideable between the first stopper and the second stopper.

Attachable sports training device

An impact training device for a sports device. The training device includes an elongate rod, a handle engagement element and a handle connector joining the handle engagement element to the elongate rod. The elongate rod is radially displaced from a handle of the sports device when the handle engagement element is engaged to the handle of the sports device.

A golf backswing training device. The device includes a first elongate portion defining a first major axis. A second elongate portion slideably engageable with the first elongate portion is included, the second elongate portion defining a second major axis, a first end, and a second end. A club alignment element coupled to the first end of the second elongate portion is included, the club alignment element having a first club contact surface disposed at an acute angle with respect to the second major axis.
