A track member or a movable member constituting a motion guide device includes a rolling part formed of a metal material contacting with a plurality of rolling bodies and forming a rolling body rolling surface a, a mounting part formed of a metal material having a mounting hole for mounting an external member, and a track body or a movable body formed of FRP jointed with the rolling part and the mounting part and forming the track member or the movable member, and the mounting part and the track body or the movable body have joint holes, opened in a direction orthogonal to a lamination direction of FRP reinforced fiber sheets S forming the track body or the movable body at a time of the joint, and can be jointed using jointing means. An external member can be securely mounted to the motion guide device formed of FRP.

Motion guide device and actuator

A traction drive power transmission device, where a lubrication oil can be stably and continuously applied for a long period to portions at which rollers and a shaft are in contact with each other, shortage of the lubrication oil does not occur at the contact portions, the lubrication oil is not wasted, and which does not impair work environment by contaminating floor surface etc. A traction drive power transmission device has at least one drive roller (), a follower roller (), and a circular cylinder-like shaft (). The shaft () is held between the drive roller () and the follower roller (). When the drive roller () is rotated, rotational force by the rotation is transmitted to the shaft () to drive it in its axial direction. The device has a lubrication oil-delivering portion () with application bodies (--) for applying a lubrication oil only to portions where the shaft () is in contact with the drive roller () and the follower roller ().

Traction drive power transmission device

A guide apparatus including a track rail and a moving block is free from the possibility of foreign matter entering the moving block through the gaps between the side surfaces of the track rail and the inner side surfaces of the moving block even in an environment where many fine dust particles are flying. A guide apparatus has a track rail and a moving blockrelatively movably attached to the track rail with rolling elements interposed therebetween. The rolling elements recirculate through rolling element recirculation passages. Foreign matter entry preventing platesare provided so that their respective distal ends longitudinally contact the opposite side surfaces of the track rail to close the gaps between the side surfaces of the track rail and at least the inner side surfaces of skirt portions on both sides of a moving block bodyand the inner side surfaces of end plates of the moving block

Guide apparatus

In order to provide a long-life, highly-reliable guide apparatus which exhibits dustproof performance and prevents intrusion of dust into the moving block in environments where there are lots of fine dust such as gypsum and ceramic powder and where no oil contents or oil contents are not liked, there is provided a guide apparatus having a track rail, in which rolling-element raceway grooves-to-are formed along a longitudinal direction thereof, and a moving blockattached to the track rail by way of a plurality of rolling elements in a relatively-movable manner, wherein an end-face dustproof brush, which has a brush memberwhose tip end contacts a surface of the track railand which eliminates extraneous matters adhering to the surface of the track railby means of the brush member, is attached to outside of each of the side coverswith respect to the direction of relative movement.

A seal for a ball screw is provided with a foreign material removing member having a hole of a shape corresponding to a sectional shape of a ball screw shaft taken perpendicularly to an axis thereof to prevent a foreign material from invading from an outside of a ball screw nut and a seal member having a hole of a shape corresponding to a sectional shape of the ball screw shaft to retain a lubricant existing inside the ball screw nut. The foreign material removing member and the seal member are mounted to the ball screw shaft, at each of both the axial ends of the nut, while being overlapped to each other in a state that inner peripheral portions of the foreign material removing member and the seal member contact an outer peripheral surface of the ball screw shaft and the ball rolling groove thereof. The foreign material removing member is disposed outside the seal member in the axial direction of the ball screw nut.

An object of the invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a rolling element string wherein a smaller rolling element string can be manufactured easily at low cost, and a rolling element string being superior in the tensile strength and the flexural strength even after downsizing can be manufactured. The present invention to achieve the object is a method of manufacturing a rolling element string having a number of rolling elements aligned and rollably retained at prescribed intervals, comprising a first step of forming a flat band shaped belt member with a synthetic resin, a second step of forming retaining holes aligned on said belt member in a row for receiving the rolling elements loosely, and a third step of aligning the rolling elements within said retaining holes and forming the spacer portions between the respective adjacent retaining holes by injection molding for retaining said rolling element with said rolling elements used as cores, so that said rolling elements are trapped within said retaining holes.
