A control unit of a bellows pump device performs pressure increase control of determining whether or not a second bellows (first bellows) is in the middle of expansion when the first bellows (second bellows) contracts to a mid-contraction state, and when a determination result thereof is positive, outputting a pressure increase command to a second electropneumatic regulator (first electropneumatic regulator) such that an air pressure of pressurized air to be supplied to a second suction-side air chamber (first suction-side air chamber) of a second driving unit (first driving unit) is increased at next expansion of the second bellows (first bellows). The control unit counts the number of times the pressure increase control has been consecutively performed, and when the counted number of times has exceeded a predetermined number of times, the control unit determines that the second electropneumatic regulator (first electropneumatic regulator) is abnormal.

A rolling diaphragm pump that can inhibit an increase in cost with a simple configuration is provided. A rolling diaphragm pumpincludes: a housing; a pistondisposed so as to be slidable relative to an inner peripheral surface of the housingand reciprocatable in an axial direction; a rolling diaphragmhaving a movable portiondisposed at one end portion in the axial direction of the pistonand reciprocatable together with the piston, a fixed portionfixed to the housing, and a flexible connecting portionconnecting the movable portionand the fixed portionto each other; a pump chamberdefined by the rolling diaphragmat one side in the axial direction within the housingand into and from which a transport fluid is sucked and discharged by changing a volume of an interior of the pump chamberby deformation of the connecting portiondue to reciprocation of the piston; and a working fluid chamberdefined by another end portion in the axial direction of the pistonat another side in the axial direction within the housingand into and from which a working fluid is supplied and discharged, thereby causing the pistonto reciprocate.

Rolling diaphragm pump

A reciprocating pump includes: a housing with a fluid channel that includes a pump chamber; a reciprocated member that is disposed in the housing to form the pump chamber, and reciprocable for suction and discharge of fluid; an actuator configured to reciprocate the reciprocated member; and a pressure gauge with a pressure receiving portion, configured to detect pressure of the fluid in the fluid channel via the pressure receiving portion. The housing includes an inner wall facing the fluid channel, and a flexible, membranous portion placed continuously next to the inner wall to face the fluid channel. The pressure gauge is attached to the housing such that the membranous portion is sandwiched between the pressure receiving portion and the fluid channel.

Reciprocating pump

A reciprocating pump includes: a housing with a suction port and a discharge port; a reciprocated member disposed in the housing to form a pump chamber and reciprocable such that fluid is sucked into the pump chamber through the suction port and then discharged from the pump chamber through the discharge port; an actuator configured to reciprocate the reciprocated member; and a pressure gauge with a pressure receiving portion, configured to detect pressure of the fluid in the pump chamber through the pressure receiving portion, and coupled to the reciprocated member to be reciprocated by the actuator integrally with the reciprocated member.

A bellows pump device includes first and second bellows mounted on a pump head so as to be expandable/contractible independently of each other and configured to suck a fluid from a suction passage thereinto by expansion thereof and discharge the fluid therefrom to a discharge passage by contraction thereof. First and second air cylinder portions are configured to respectively cause the first and second bellows to perform expansion/contraction operation. First and second detection devices are configured to detect expanded/contracted states of the first and second bellows, respectively. A control unit is configured to control drive of the first and second air cylinder portions on the basis of each of detection signals of the first and second detection devices such that, before one bellows comes into a most contracted state, the other bellows is caused to contract from a most expanded state.

A resin-made pipe joint with enhanced sealing property between a joint body and sleeve. A sealing portion which seals between an inner circumferential surface of an inserting portion of a sleeve and an outer circumferential surface of an inner cylinder portion is formed by press-inserting an inserting portion into a groove portion of the joint body. When the inserting portion is press-inserted into the groove portion, a space is formed between a body cylinder portion located opposite to an opening portion of the groove portion in the axial direction, and the projection end of the inserting portion. After completing press insertion of the inserting portion into the groove portion, in a section including axis of the inner cylinder portion, a region in the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder portion facing the space forms an angle of 5&#xb0; to 15&#xb0; to the axis of the inner cylinder portion.

Resin-made pipe joint

A resin-made pipe joint enhancing sealing property between a joint body and a sleeve. The joint body and the sleeve are produced by using a fluorine resin. A sealing portion which seals between the inner circumferential surface of an inserting portion of the sleeve and the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder portion is formed by press-inserting the inserting portion into a groove portion of the joint body. When, with respect to the inserting and groove portions, an insertion rate of the inserting portion to the groove portion is indicated by X, and a multiplying factor of the radial width of the inserting portion to the radial width of the groove portion is indicated by Y, the resin-made pipe joint has the insertion rate and multiplying factor which are within a range defined by following Expressions (1) and (2):=&#x2212;0.218+1.218&#x2003;&#x2003;(1)and=&#x2212;0.67+1.67.&#x2003;&#x2003;(2)

An antistatic cover which, when the cover covers an insulating resin-made tube, can enhance the certainty of preventing the tube from being electrically charged, and can facilitate attachment to and detachment from the tube. The tubular cover body, is divided in a circumferential direction to form first and second divided portions. The cover body is elastically deformed such that the first and second divided portions separate from each other, and allow the tube to pass through between the first and second divided portions. The cover body has a plurality of first cutaway portions, which pass through at least one of the first and second divided portions in a radial direction of the cover body, and is configured such that, when the cover body is fitted onto the tube, a part of the tube can be exposed through the plurality of first cutaway portions.
