This electronic device is used by being worn on a user's head. The electronic device includes lens portions positioned in front of the user's eyes when the electronic devices is worn on the head of the user, a first antenna formed in one lens portion, and a second antenna formed in the other lens portion. The first antenna and the second antenna have different functions.

Electronic device

A tunable antenna includes an antenna element having a feed point at one end thereof, a feed line being connected to the feed point, and a switcher that switches the resonance frequency of the antenna element. The switcher is connected to the antenna element at a position that is at a distance other than (&#x3bb;/4)&#xd7;n from the one end towards another end of the antenna element, where &#x3bb;represents the wavelength corresponding to any resonance frequency of the antenna element, and n is a positive, odd number.

Tunable antenna

Provided is an electronic device in which, if an antenna element is formed on the surface of a housing, restrictions on the formation of the antenna element are less likely to arise. The following are provided: a rear case, an antenna element, and a power supply unit that supplies power to the antenna element. The antenna unit comprises a first section that is formed by applying a conductive material onto a first main surface of the rear case, and a second section. A dielectric or an insulator is interposed between the first section and the second section.

An electronic device includes: an antenna; and a touch panel having an electrode sheet formed with an operation detecting pattern, which has conductive, wherein an antenna pattern configuring the antenna is formed on the periphery of the touch panel.

Portable terminal

A portable electronic device is provided that is capable of reducing the degradation in the characteristic of an antenna caused by the orientation direction of the antenna being fixed. The device includes a circuit board disposed in the vicinity of an antenna, a conductive switch terminal that is provided to the circuit board and detects an operation to an operation unit, a reference potential part provided to the circuit board to be opposite to the switch terminal, a conductive part provided to the circuit board to be opposite to the antenna, and a switch unit capable of switching whether the reference potential part and the conductive part are electrically connected.

Portable electronic device

A portable terminal, which has easily adjustable reception sensitivity, includes an operating section side case section () having a first case member () which forms appearance; a display section side case section (); a circuit section (), which is arranged on the operating section side case section () or the display section side case section (), and has a ground section (), a power feed section (), and a signal processing section () connected to the power feed section (); a first conductive section (), which is arranged on the operating section side case section () and electrically connected to the ground section (); and a second conductive section () which is arranged on the display section side case section () and electrically connected to the power feed section (). The first conductive section () is formed in the first case member ().

A mobile wireless device enables effective use of space in a case while reducing degradation of antenna gain and maintaining communication quality even if a plurality of antennas having different frequency bands are arranged close to one another. A magnetic antenna has a first switch unit, a second switch unit, and a concentrated constant circuit which are added to a wiring pattern at the side near to a main antenna, so that a first path and a second path can be selected. Under a predetermined condition, a CPU controls the first switch and the second switch to electrically connect terminal (A) to terminal (B) and electrically connect terminal (A) to terminal (B), thereby forming the first path; and electrically connect terminal (A) to terminal (C) and electrically connect terminal (A) to terminal (C), thereby forming the second path connected via the concentrated constant circuit.

Portable wireless device

A portable wireless device includes a first communication unit having a loop antenna that communicates with external devices using a first usable frequency band, and an RFID chip that performs predetermined processing with respect to information communicated by the loop antenna. A second communication unit includes a main antenna that communicates by a second usable frequency band that is higher than the first usable frequency band, and a communication processing unit that performs predetermined processing with respect to information communicated by the main antenna. A reactance component of the loop antenna is adjusted such that a high-order secondary resonance point of the first usable frequency band does not overlap the second usable frequency band.
