A vehicle including: a first drive unit for driving wheels; a temperature control circuit for the first drive unit; and a control device, in which, when controlling the first drive unit under a first drive mode and executing a temperature increase control, the control device determines, based on a state of the vehicle, whether the drive mode of the first drive unit is changeable to a second drive mode in which an output from a first drive motor of the first drive unit is reduced, on determining that the drive mode is changeable to the second drive mode, the control device changes the drive mode to the second drive mode and continues the temperature increase control, otherwise the control device maintains the drive mode in the first drive mode, and ends the temperature increase control and then executes the normal temperature control.

A vehicle includes a battery, an air conditioner, a first temperature adjustment circuit including a first pump and a chiller, a second temperature adjustment circuit including a second pump and a radiator, a coupling passage configured to connect the first temperature adjustment circuit and the second temperature adjustment circuit to form a coupling circuit, an electromagnetic switching valve configured to switch between a circulation state in which the heat medium can circulate through the coupling circuit and a non-circulation state in which the heat medium cannot circulate through the coupling circuit, a first temperature sensor configured to acquire a temperature of the battery, and a control device configured to select a mode based on at least the temperature of the battery. Semiconductor device

A display apparatus comprises a display unit which has a plurality of organic EL elements two-dimensionally arranged to define pixels. Each organic EL element comprises a first electrode, an organic EL layer, and a second electrode laminated in order on an optically transparent substrate. One of the first electrode and second electrode is an optically transparent electrode, while the other is a non-optically transparent electrode. The non-optically transparent electrode is disposed to exist only in part of each pixel, as viewed from vertically above (for example, the width of the electrode is made smaller than the width of a pixel). In this way, the display unit can transmit light through portions of the pixels in which the non-optically transparent electrodes are not disposed. Preferably, the non-optically transparent electrode includes a mirror surface opposite to the organic EL layer.
