A switch unit includes a plurality of switches, which are linearly disposed. The movable electrode in one switch and the fixed electrode in another switch are electrically connected to each other.

Switch unit and switchgear

A switchgear includes a chassis which is partitioned by metal earthed plates and includes a bus bar section located at a central portion, a switch section located below the bus bar section, a cable section located at a rear surface side, and a control section located at a front surface side; an air-insulated earthed disconnecting switch provided in the switch section; and a manipulating device. The switch section is separable from the chassis, and is configured as a case having a semi-closed structure which allows air to pass therethrough but prevents particles of oil and water from passing therethrough.

Switchgear

The vacuum insulated switchgear includes: a housing enclosing a control compartment, a switch compartment, and a busbar compartment, each of the three compartments being partitioned by a metallic earthing plate; a first busbar and second busbar extended from an adjacent panel, in the busbar compartment; and a first busbar-connecting bushing and second busbar-connecting bushing making the first and second busbars connectible/disconnectible; a double-breaking three position vacuum switch, two sets of earthing switches, the first busbar-connecting bushing, and the second busbar-connecting bushing being integrally molded to form a switch provided on an electrical phase-by phase basis independently, wherein the switches for three phases are arranged in order side by side in the housing.

Vacuum insulated switchgear

The vacuum insulated switch-gear is configured to be capable of being lifted up with a jack-up bolt to adjust a seated height of the vacuum insulated switch-gear. The switch-gear comprises a nut fixed on a base plate forming a bottom of the vacuum insulated switch-gear. The nut is used as a mating component with the jack-up bolt.

Vacuum insulated switch-gear and its height adjusting method

A vacuum switchgear comprising a vacuum container, two fixed contacts and two movable contacts for being in contact with and out of contact with the fixed contacts which are disposed in the vacuum container, and two operation rods linked to the each movable contact, respectively, characterized that a connection conductor having a current collector for making electrical sliding contact with the external surface of the each operation rod, which is fixed to outlet parts of the vacuum containers, from which extend the operation rod outwardly.

Vacuum switchgear

A vacuum insulated switchgear has a busbar compartment, in which phase-segregated double-break, three-position vacuum circuit breakers are disposed; and feeder compartments disposed at both sides of the busbar compartment respectively, in each of which phase-segregated double-break, three-position vacuum circuit breakers are disposed. The busbar compartment and the feeder compartments are aligned in a row, and a second-phase insulated busbar is provided to connect one of the fixed contacts of a second-phase breaker in the busbar compartment to a fixed contact of a second-phase breaker in one of the feeder compartments. A first-phase insulated busbar is provided to connect one of the fixed contacts of a first-phase breaker in the busbar compartment to a fixed contact of a first-phase breaker in one of the feeder compartments adjacent to the busbar compartment, and the second-phase insulated busbar and the first-phase insulated busbar are disposed in different positions in height.

Disclosed is a vacuum switchgear comprising an electro-conductive outer vacuum container, a plurality of inner container disposed in the outer vacuum container. The inner containers and the outer container are electrically isolated from each other. The outer container is made of stainless steel plate, for example. One of the inner vacuum containers accommodates a ground switch for keeping the circuit open while the switchgear is opened, having a movable electrode connected to an operating mechanism, and a fixed electrode connected to fixed electrode rod. Another inner vacuum container accommodates a function switch capable of having at least one of functions of a circuit breaker, a disconnector and a load switch. A plurality of electrode shields each surrounds the electrodes of the ground switch and of the function switch. The ground switch and the function switch are disposed in separate vacuum inner containers, respectively.
