A COrecovery device includes: an absorption tower configured to bring an emission gas including COin contact with an absorbent solution, to remove the COfrom the emission gas, and to thereby generate a rich solution corresponding to the absorbent solution having absorbed the CO; a regeneration tower configured to regenerate the absorbent solution by removing the COfrom the rich solution; a heat exchanger configured to carry out heat exchange between the rich solution and the absorbent solution which is higher in temperature than the rich solution and from which the COis removed; an absorbent-solution delivery pipe configured to deliver the absorbent solution subjected to the heat exchange in the heat exchanger to the absorption tower; and a bypass pipe configured to deliver the rich solution before the heat exchange to the absorbent-solution delivery pipe.

CO2 recovery device and CO2 recovery method

A COrecovery method includes: heating a CO-absorbing solution that has absorbed COfrom a gas, releasing the COfrom the CO-absorbing solution, and regenerating the CO-absorbing solution, and at least one of: controlling a difference between an actual measured value and a target value of a recovery rate of the COto be within a predetermined range; and controlling a difference between an actual measured value and a target value of a recovery amount of COto be within a predetermined range, and controlling the COrecovery rate through a proportional calculation and an integration calculation based on the difference between the actual measured value and the target value of the COrecovery rate.

COrecovery unit and COrecovery method

A COrecovery apparatus is provided with: a COabsorption tower for bringing exhaust gas into contact with a COabsorbing liquid and making the COabsorbing liquid absorb the COcontained in the exhaust gas; a COabsorbing liquid regeneration tower for heating the COabsorbing liquid with steam and releasing COfrom the COabsorbing liquid and regenerating the COabsorbing liquid; a flowmeter for determining the flow rates of the exhaust gas introduced into the COabsorption tower; and a control unit for classifying the flow rates of the exhaust gas into multiple flow rate ranges, and controlling the flow rate of the COabsorbing liquid supplied to the COabsorption tower and the flow rate of steam supplied to the COabsorbing liquid regeneration tower on the basis of prescribed set load values which have been previously established in accordance with the multiple flow rate ranges.

COrecovery apparatus and COrecovery process

A COrecovery unit includes a COabsorber in which a gas containing COcontacts a CO-absorbing solution that absorbs the COin the gas; a CO-absorbing solution regenerator that heats the CO-absorbing solution that has absorbed the CO, releases the COfrom the CO-absorbing solution, and regenerates the CO-absorbing solution; and at least one of a COrecovery rate controller that controls a difference between an actual measured value and a target value of a recovery rate of the COto be within a predetermined range; and a COrecovery amount controller that controls a difference between an actual measured value and a target value of a recovery amount of COto be within a predetermined range.

When COgas is absorbed by using an absorbent circulating in an absorption tower and an absorbent regeneration tower, a first sampling part at which a lean solution sample is collected in the vicinity of an inlet for a lean solution supply line in the absorption tower, a second sampling part at which a rich solution sample is collected in the vicinity of an outlet for a rich solution supply line in the absorption tower, and an analyzing device which analyzes the collected lean solution sample and rich solution sample are provided; the lean solution sample at the first sampling part and the rich solution sample at the second sampling part are collected, respectively, in the same time period, and concentrations of COgas in the lean solution sample and the rich solution sample are measured, and then the gas absorbing/regenerating operation is controlled based on measured results.

Gas absorbing and regenerating apparatus and method for operating same

A COrecovery unit includes a CO-absorber that causes a gas containing COto contact a CO-absorbing solution and that causes the COin the gas to be absorbed into the CO-absorbing solution; a CO-regenerator that heats the CO-absorbing solution, releases the COfrom the CO-absorbing solution, and regenerates the CO-absorbing solution; and a COrecovery amount controller that: calculates a computed target value of a COrecovery amount and a computed target value of a COrecovery rate based on a set value of the COrecovery rate, actual measured values of COconcentration, gas flow rate, and temperature of the gas, and calculates a maximum value of the COrecovery amount in the CO-absorber and a maximum value of the COrecovery amount in the CO-regenerator.

COabsorber includes a COabsorbing section in which a CO-containing flue gas and a COabsorbent are brought into contact with each other to remove CO, and an aqueous cleaning section in which a decarbonated flue gas and rinsing water are brought into contact with each other to remove an accompanying substance. A lean solution is re-used in the absorber. The COrecovery device includes a degassing basin which is interposed in a rich solution supply line that supplies the rich solution from the COabsorber to the absorbent regenerator, and which includes a retaining section configured to remove oxygen in the rich solution.
