An electronic locker includes a plurality of cabinets, a measurement unit capable of measuring a dimension of an object, and a controller. The controller compares the dimension of the object measured by the measurement unit with a table of dimensions of the plurality of cabinets stored previously to select a cabinet suitable for the dimension of the object out of the plurality of cabinets.

An arrangement of loaded packages is estimated three-dimensionally. A loading position at which a target package is loaded next is determined based on the estimated arrangement. A position at which the target package is loaded is instructed by irradiation with an index light indicating the determined loading position. This method allows a package to be loaded in a limited space, for example, the package to be loaded optimally in a transport device or in a storehouse.

A receiver includes a first receiving section, a second receiving section, and a controller. A controller is operable to switch between a diversity receiving mode in which both of the first receiving section and the second receiving section are activated and a single receiving mode in which the first receiving section is activated while the second receiving section is deactivated. The controller allows the first mixer to heterodyne the signal output from the first RF amplifier with using the second oscillation signal and output the heterodyned signal in the first single receiving mode.

A receiver includes (i) a first filter coupled to a first antenna and passing a signal in a first frequency band, (ii) a first receiver part for receiving the signal in the first frequency band from one of input terminals thereof coupled on the output side of the first filter, (iii) a second filter coupled to the first antenna and passing a signal in a second frequency band, and (iv) a second receiver part for receiving the signal in the second frequency band from one of input terminals thereof coupled on the output side of the second filter. The receiver makes diversity reception of a signal in a third frequency band received from the other input terminal of the first receiver part, and a signal in the third frequency band received from the other input terminal of the second receiver part.
