The present invention provides a polyolefin resin foam sheet having an area density of 5 g/mor more and 400 g/mor less, and having a time (t) required for a weight decrease from 90% by mass to 10% by mass, of 9 minutes or more, as measured by thermogravimetric analysis carried out at a heating rate of 10° C./min and a measurement temperature of 23° C. to 550° C. According to the present invention, a polyolefin resin foam sheet can be provided that has a high fire retardancy while maintaining a lightweight property.

The foamed sheet of the present invention is a foamed sheet obtained by crosslinking and foaming a polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin composition comprising a polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin, wherein the polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin comprises a vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, a density of the foamed sheet is not more than 180 kg/cm, and an average cell diameter of the foamed sheet is not less than 100 &#x3bc;m and not more than 500 &#x3bc;m. According to the present invention, a crosslinked polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin foamed sheet having both good flame retardance and good flexibility and a process for producing the foamed sheet are provided.

A heat-conducting sheet according to the present invention is a heat-conducting sheet having an initial Asker C hardness of 50 or less, the heat-conducting sheet containing an elastomer resin at the volume proportion of 30 to 70%, and a thermally conductive filler at the volume proportion of 30 to 70%, in which the elastomer resin has a viscosity at 25&#xb0; C. of 3000 Pa&#xb7;s or less, and the elastomer resin has a lamella length of 20 mm or more. According to the present invention, a heat-conducting sheet which has initial flexibility sufficient to exhibit excellent shape conformability and in which residual stress is reduced after compression by applying pressure can be provided.

Provided is a resin composite material having a small number of voids and excellent tenacity. The resin composite material may be one obtained by mixing a carbon material having a graphene structure and having a content of less than 1 weight % of a volatile component volatilizable at 200&#xb0; C. and a thermoplastic resin. The resin composite material may be a resin composite material including a carbon material having a graphene structure and a thermoplastic resin, the resin composite material containing 5 parts by weight or more of the carbon material per 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin and having a breaking strain of 50% or more as measured according to JIS K 7161.

Provided is a resin composite material in which a carbon material with a graphene structure is dispersed in a synthetic resin and which has a high mechanical strength and a low linear expansion coefficient and a method for producing the resin composite material. A resin composite material contains a synthetic resin and a carbon material with a graphene structure dispersed in the synthetic resin, wherein the synthetic resin is grafted onto the carbon material and the grafting ratio thereof onto the carbon material is 5% to 3300% by weight. A method for producing a resin composite material includes the steps of: preparing a resin composite containing a synthetic resin and a carbon material with a graphene structure dispersed in the synthetic resin; and grafting the synthetic resin onto the carbon material concurrently with or after the step of preparing the resin composite.

Resin composite material and method for producing resin composite material

Provided is a polyolefin-based resin composition capable of obtaining a molded product having a high modulus of elongation and a low coefficient of linear expansion. The polyolefin-based resin composition includes a polyolefin-based resin containing either one or both of an acid-modified polyolefin-based resin and a polyolefin-based resin with a hydroxyl group, and flaked graphite. The flaked graphite is uniformly dispersed in the polyolefin-based resin. As a result, a molded product formed by using the polyolefin-based resin composition has excellent mechanical strength such as a high modulus of elongation, a low coefficient of linear expansion, and high dimensional stability, and can be used for various applications such as a material that is suitable for use as the exterior panels of automobiles or a steel sheet replacement material.
