In the method for producing an optically active 2,3-bisphosphinopyrazine derivative of the present invention, an optically active 2,3-bisphosphinopyrazine derivative represented by the following formula (3) is produced by the step of: preparing solution A containing 2,3-dihalogenopyrazine represented by the following formula (1) and a carboxylic acid amide coordinating solvent, lithiating an optically active R- or S-isomer of a hydrogen-phosphine borane compound represented by the following formula (2) to give a lithiated phosphine borane compound; adding solution B containing the lithiated phosphine borane compound to the solution A to perform an aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction; and then performing a deboranation reaction. Method for producing optically active 2, 3-bisphosphinopyrazine derivative and method for producing optically active phosphine transition metal complex

An object of the present invention is to provide an optically active phosphine-borane compound and a method for producing the same which are useful for the production of an optically active phosphine ligand and allow easy production of any antipode. There is provided a phosphine-borane compound represented by the following general formula (P-1). There is also provided a method for producing the phosphine-borane compound, the method comprising subjecting a hydrogen-phosphine-borane compound represented by the following general formula (P-2) to a coupling reaction with an optically active isocyanate compound represented by the following general formula (3). In the following formulae, Rand Reach represent a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group, or a substituted hydrocarbon group and may be selected so that asymmetry may be induced on the phosphorus atom by the presence of these groups, or may be selected so that asymmetry may not be induced; and Rrepresents an asymmetric hydrocarbon group or an asymmetric substituted hydrocarbon group. 

Phosphine-borane compound and method for producing the same, and method for producing hydrogen-phosphine-borane compound

A process for producing a biarylphosphine compound is disclosed. The process has a step of subjecting a biarylsulfonate compound to coupling reaction with a hydrogen-phosphine compound in the presence of a catalyst and an organic strong base to obtain a biarylphosphine compound. As the catalyst, preferably used is a nickel compound or a palladium compound. As the organic strong base, preferably used is 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undecene-7 (DBU).
