A vehicle lighting device and a vehicle lamp are provided. The vehicle lighting includes a socket; a substrate provided on one end portion side of the socket; light emitting elements provided on the substrate; and a control element provided on the substrate and electrically connected to the light emitting elements. The control element turns on some of the light emitting elements when the input voltage is lower than a first voltage; turns on all of the light emitting elements when the input voltage exceeds a second voltage higher than the first voltage; and turns on all of the light emitting elements and changes at least one of total luminous flux of the light emitting elements and current flowing through the light emitting elements according to the input voltage when the input voltage is equal to or higher than the first voltage and equal to or lower than the second voltage.

A vehicle lighting device includes: a socket; a substrate provided on one end side of the socket; a light-emitting element provided on the substrate; a control element provided on the substrate and including a current driver whose output side is electrically connected to the light-emitting element and a current setting circuit whose output side is electrically connected to the current driver; a first circuit provided on the substrate, electrically connected to a first input side of the current setting circuit, and whose resistance value changes depending on an ambient temperature of the light-emitting element; and a second circuit provided on the substrate, electrically connected to a second input side of the current setting circuit, and whose resistance value changes depending on the ambient temperature of the light-emitting element. Amount or ratio of output current flowing to the light-emitting element is changed according to an ambient temperature of the light-emitting element.

Provided are a vehicle lighting device and a vehicle lamp that can maintain lighting even when an input voltage drops. The vehicle lighting device according to an embodiment includes a socket; a substrate provided on one end side of the socket; a first circuit provided on the substrate; and a second circuit provided on the substrate. The first circuit has a plurality of first light emitting elements; and a control element electrically connected to the plurality of first light emitting elements and controlling a value of a current flowing through the plurality of first light emitting elements. The second circuit has second light emitting elements the number of which is smaller than the number of the plurality of first light emitting elements; and a resistor connected in series to the second light emitting elements.

A vehicle luminaire according to an exemplary embodiment includes: a socket; and a light-emitting module that is provided on one end side of the socket and includes at least one light-emitting element, a negative characteristic thermistor, and a positive characteristic thermistor. The light-emitting element, the negative characteristic thermistor, and the positive characteristic thermistor are connected in series.

A vehicle luminaire according to an embodiment includes: a socket; and a light-emitting module which is provided at one end side of the socket. The light-emitting module includes: at least one light-emitting element; a first transistor of which a source is electrically connected to a cathode of the light-emitting element; a negative characteristic thermistor which is electrically connected to a gate of the first transistor; a positive characteristic thermistor which is electrically connected to the gate of the first transistor or a drain of the first transistor; and a second transistor of which a collector is electrically connected to the gate of the first transistor, a base is electrically connected to the drain of the first transistor, and an emitter is electrically connected to an output terminal.

A vehicle luminaire may include: an attachment portion which includes a concave portion opening to one end face; a light-emitting module, which includes a substrate and at least one light-emitting element provided on the substrate, provided inside the concave portion; and a plurality of bayonets provided on an outer side surface of the attachment portion. When the attachment portion is viewed from a direction along a center axis of the attachment portion, the bayonets are provided at a predetermined interval. The attachment portion includes an opening portion provided in a region between the plurality of bayonets. An opening dimension of the opening portion is larger than a width dimension of each bayonet.

A vehicle luminaire according to an embodiment includes: a socket; a first board which is provided in the socket and has a first wiring pattern formed on one surface; at least one light-emitting element which is electrically connected to the first wiring pattern; and a plurality of power-supply terminals which are provided in the socket and are electrically connected to the first wiring pattern. The first board includes a plurality of first hollows which open to a side surface of the first board, a surface on an installation side of the light-emitting element in the first board, and a surface on the side opposite to the installation side of the light-emitting element in the first board. Each of the plurality of first hollows is provided with the power-supply terminal.

Vehicle luminaire and vehicle lamp device

A vehicle lighting device includes a plurality of circuit portions that have at least one light emitting element; and a control portion that is electrically connected to the plurality of circuit portions. The control portion detects an input voltage and connects the plurality of circuit portions in series when the detected input voltage exceeds a predetermined value and connects at least a part of the plurality of circuit portions in parallel when the detected input voltage is equal to or less than the predetermined value.

A vehicle luminaire includes: a flange; a mount portion provided with a housing portion opened to an end opposite to the flange side; a board provided inside the housing portion; at least one light-emitting element provided on the board; at least one resistance provided on the board and electrically connected to the light-emitting element; at least one control element provided on the board and electrically connected to the light-emitting element, the control element having an electric resistance increasing as a temperature rises; and a temperature control unit configured to control heat generated from at least one of the light-emitting element and the resistance and transferred to the control element via the board or via the board and the mount portion.

According to one embodiment, a vehicle lighting device includes a loading portion; a substrate provided on one end side of the loading portion; a plurality of light emitting elements that are electrically connected to a wiring pattern provided on a surface of the substrate and provided side by side in a row in a first direction; and a plurality of power supply terminals that are electrically connected to the wiring pattern provided on the surface of the substrate and provided side by side in a row in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

According to one embodiment, a vehicle lighting device includes a mounting portion that has a recessed portion; a plurality of bayonets that are provided on an outside surface of the mounting portion; a substrate that is provided on a bottom surface of the recessed portion; and a light emitting element that is provided on a side of the substrate opposite to a bottom surface side of the recessed portion. In a case where the vehicle lighting device is viewed from a light emitting side, at least one corner portion of the substrate overlaps with one of the plurality of bayonets.

A light emitting device for a vehicle includes a substrate; a light emitting element which is provided on the substrate; a resistive element which is provided on the substrate, and connected in series with the light emitting element; and a thermistor which is provided on the substrate. The thermistor has a positive temperature coefficient, and is connected in parallel with the resistive element.

A lighting device for a vehicle includes a plate-shaped flange; a placing portion provided on a first face of the flange; a light emitting module provided at an end face of the placing portion, and which includes a light emitting element; and a plurality of heat radiating fins formed in a plate shape, and which is provided on a second face of the flange on a side opposite to the first face. Also, the device includes a plurality of first protrusion portions provided on the second face of the flange in a line, in a direction intersecting a direction in which the plurality of heat radiating fins are aligned; and a second protrusion portion which is provided on the second face of the flange on a side opposite to the plurality of first protrusion portions, by interposing the plurality of heat radiating fins therebetween.

According to one embodiment, a vehicle lighting device includes a plurality of circuit portions each of which has at least one light emitting element; and a control portion that is electrically connected to the plurality of the circuit portions. The control portion connects the plurality of the circuit portions in series if an input voltage exceeds a predetermined value, and connects at least a part of the plurality of the circuit portions in parallel if the input voltage is equal to or less than the predetermined value. The predetermined value is a value equal to or more than a voltage corresponding to a current value used for failure determination of the vehicle lighting device.

According to one embodiment, a vehicular lighting device includes a socket, a substrate provided on one end side of the socket, at least one light emitting element provided on the substrate, a Zener diode provided on the substrate, and a controller provided on the substrate. The controller shuts off a current flowing through the light emitting element based on a voltage or a current on an anode side of the Zener diode.
