A board production management device configured to manage a board production line including an initial notification section configured to issue notification information including at least one of a contents of an error cause or a contents of countermeasures when the error cause that requires countermeasures occurs at the board production line; and an escalation notification section configured to issue the notification information after escalating in a case in which the error cause is not resolved after a specified time has elapsed since the error cause occurred. Accordingly, because when the specified time has elapsed, a notification is issued as escalating the notifyee or escalating the contents of countermeasures to resolve error causes more effectively, and compared to conventional technology in which only re-notification of the occurrence of the error cause is performed, notification is performed more efficiently, enabling an error cause that requires countermeasures to be resolved more quickly.

A feeder management device and method for managing feeders when producing a board based on a production plan including a board conveyance device; a component supply device in which multiple feeders are detachably mounted at multiple installation positions; and an electronic component mounter including a component transfer device. The method including a current state memory step of linking and storing a current component type of the electronic components, being supplied by the currently mounted feeder, and a position of the mounted feeder; a plan memory step of linking and storing required component types of the electronic components, being mounted on the multiple types of boards, and a position of the feeder of supplying the required components; and a reel removal guide step to remove a first reel from a first feeder of supplying the electronic components of which current state component type does not match the required component types.

Feeder management method and feeder management device

An electronic component mounting machine includes: a mounting head that mounts electronic components onto a circuit board; a tape feeder which feeds a first tape material that accommodates a plurality of electronic components to the mounting head; a counting device which counts the number of electronic components remaining in the first tape material by subtracting the number of consumed electronic components which corresponds to an operating amount of the electronic component mounting machine from an initial value of the number of the electronic components accommodated in the first tape material; a detection device which detects a splice portion that joins a starting end of a second tape material to a tail end of the first tape material; and a determining device which determines whether or not a count value obtained by the counting device is within a predetermined normal range when the detection device detects the splice portion.

Electronic component mounting machine

The present application discloses a device for judging whether splicing of carrier tapes, which house multiple electronic components at a specified interval, wound around different reels is allowed. The device is provided with a data management section and a judging section. In the device, the data management section creates an association between and memorizes the reel ID, the type of electronic components housed in the carrier tape wound around the reel, the remaining quantity of electronic components housed in the carrier tape wound around the reel, and the possible winding quantity of electronic components to the reel. Also, in the device, the judging section, in a case in which the total of the remaining quantities of electronic components of two reels exceeds the possible winding quantity of the reel to be wound onto, judges that splicing of the carrier tapes is not allowed.

Device for judging whether splicing of carrier tapes is allowed

An electronic-circuit assembling process to be carried out in an electronic-circuit assembling system, for assembling an electronic circuit, by mounting electronic circuit components supplied from a component supplier, onto a circuit board, wherein the electronic circuit components includes at least one of different-property components having respective different electrical properties. The process includes: (a) a different-property-component-related information obtaining step of obtaining a different-property-component-related information including (a-i) a property-related information that enables recognition of the electrical property of the different-property component supplied from the component supplier and (a-ii) a different-property-component supply position that is a position of the component supplier supplying the different-property component, such that the different-property-component-related information is obtained by detecting the property-related information and/or the different-property-component supply position; (b) a mounting step of mounting, based on information related to the different-property-component supply position, the electronic circuit components including the different-property component, onto the circuit board; and (c) a property-related information providing step of providing the circuit board with the property-related information of the different-property component mounted on the circuit board.
