According to one embodiment, a manufacturing method of a display device includes preparing a processing substrate by forming a lower electrode, forming a rib, and forming a partition, forming an organic layer on the lower electrode, forming an upper electrode on the organic layer, forming a cap layer on the upper electrode, forming a sealing layer on the cap layer, forming a patterned resist on the sealing layer, and removing the sealing layer exposed from the resist by dry etching. The sealing layer includes a first high-density layer and a low-density layer. When dry etching is applied to the sealing layer, an etching rate of the low-density layer is greater than an etching rate of the first high-density layer.

A power supply system includes a power source, a relay, a switch, and a controller. The relay is interposed between the power source and a load. The switch is configured to be coupled to the load in a state where the switch allows or disallows for power supply from the power source to the load when the relay is in a closed state. The controller is configured to control an operation of the switch. The controller is configured to execute forced driving control at a time of a closing operation of the relay. The forced driving control causes the switch to operate independently of a request for driving the load and thereby causes power to be supplied from the power source to the load.

Power supply system and method of controlling the power supply system

An electric power supply system includes a battery, an electric power receiving apparatus, and a control apparatus. The electric power receiving apparatus is configured to receive external electric power transmitted from an external electric power source, and supply the external electric power to the battery. The control apparatus is configured to, in a case where the electric power receiving apparatus is able to receive the external electric power, permit a load driving mode of driving a load that is coupled to the battery in parallel with the electric power receiving apparatus. The control apparatus is configured to, in the load driving mode, execute function restriction control of restricting a function of the load to suppress input and output currents of the battery.

The circuit layer includes a plurality of connection wirings respectively connected to any one the plurality of connection terminals, the protective layer includes a plurality of opening parts respectively in a region overlapping a part of each of the plurality of connection wirings, the touch electrode layer has a plurality of touch electrodes overlapping the display element, and each of the plurality of touch electrodes is connected to any one of the plurality of connection wirings via any one of the plurality of opening parts respectively.

An electric power supply system includes a battery, an electric power receiving apparatus, a switching apparatus, and a control apparatus. The electric power receiving apparatus is coupled to the battery in parallel with a load, and receives and supplies external electric power to the battery. In a load driving mode, the control apparatus sets an electrical connection state of the electric power supply system to a first connection state in which connection of the electric power receiving apparatus and the load to the battery is cut off by the switching apparatus and controls a voltage of the electric power receiving apparatus depending on a voltage of the battery if output electric power of the electric power receiving apparatus is equal to or less than reference electric power, and otherwise sets the electrical connection state to a second connection state in which the connection is allowed by the switching apparatus.

A vehicle power supply apparatus includes first and second device batteries, a power supply line, and a current path. The power supply line includes first, second, and third segments. The first segment is coupled between a first end of the power supply line and a first diode. The second segment is coupled between the first diode and a first switch. The third segment is coupled between the first switch and a second end of the power supply line. The current path is routed from the third segment to the first segment through a second diode, to bypass the second segment. An electric device of a vehicle is coupled to the first segment. The second device battery is coupled to the second segment. The first device battery is coupled to the third segment through a second switch.

An electromagnetic relay deicing system includes an electromagnetic relay that includes a common terminal, a normally open terminal, and a normally closed terminal and that supplies electric power from an electric power supplier to an electrical apparatus when the common terminal and the normally open terminal are connected, and a control circuit that controls an on-state and an off-state of the electromagnetic relay. During the on-state of the electromagnetic relay, the common terminal and the normally open terminal are connected by a movable piece. During the off-state of the electromagnetic relay, the common terminal and the normally closed terminal are connected by the movable piece. The control circuit deices the electromagnetic relay by causing, during the off-state of the electromagnetic relay, electric conduction between the common terminal and the normally closed terminal connected by the movable piece so that ice on a surface of the normally open terminal melts.
