A connectoris provided with a housingand a rubber plugto be mounted into the housing. The rubber plugincludes a plurality of rubber plug members (e.g. a first rubber plug memberA, a second rubber plug memberB and a third rubber plug memberC) configured separately from each other and arranged side by side in a front-rear direction and a sealing holepenetrating through the plurality of rubber plug members in the front-rear direction. An inner peripheral surface of the sealing holeincludes at least one lip (e.g. a first lip, a second lip) projecting inward. The number of the lips formed in each of the rubber plug members is at most 1.

Connector

Provided are a dummy plug and a dummy plug structure that can be automatically corrected to a proper orientation. A dummy plug (10) includes a rectangular fitting portion (12) extending in a front-rear direction. The rectangular fitting portion (12) includes four corner portions (15), at diagonal positions around an axis thereof extending in the front-rear direction. The four corner portions (15) respectively include chamfered portions (17) that spread outward away from one another while extending rearward, and whose width in a direction around the axis decreases rearward. The chamfered portions (17) respectively include ridge line portions (18) that extend in the front-rear direction and protrude outward. The ridge line portions (18) are inclined further in one direction around the axis while extending rearward.

Dummy plug and dummy plug structure

The lever-type connector includes: a housing; a slider having a plurality of rack teeth arranged in a first direction, the slider being movable in the first direction relative to the housing; a wire cover installed on the housing and covering a wire draw-out surface of the housing; and a lever configured to move the slider, the lever being rotatably installed on the wire cover and having a gear meshing with the rack teeth, wherein the housing has a fulcrum portion rotatably supporting the wire cover, and a positioning portion coming into contact with the wire cover and causing the gear to be located at a position at which the gear meshes with the rack teeth.

Lever-type connector

Provided is a wire cover-equipped connector that can prevent a wire from being caught on a wire cover when the wire cover is being attached. The wire cover-equipped connector includes: a housing including a wire lead-out surface; and a wire cover configured to be disposed on the housing so as to cover the wire lead-out surface. The housing includes a slide-receiving portion at a position in line with the wire lead-out surface, the wire cover includes a slide portion configured to slide against the slide-receiving portion, and a wire escape space formed so as to be separated from the slide-receiving portion, and the slide portion includes, in a front end thereof in a sliding direction of sliding against the slide-receiving portion, a wire guiding portion inclined in a direction opposite to the sliding direction while extending toward the wire escape space.

Wire cover-equipped connector

A connector includes a first housing and a second housing to be connected to each other, and a connection assisting member to be mounted into the first housing. The connection assisting member includes a cam groove extending from an entrance to a back end. The cam groove has a connection cam surface to be pushed by a cam pin in a connecting direction of the first housing and a recess connected to an end part of the connection cam surface on the side of the back end and recessed more in the connecting direction than the end part of the connection cam surface on the side of the back end. The cam pin located on the side of the back end of the cam groove is arranged not to contact an inner surface of the recess with the first and second housings connected to each other.
