A decontamination device capable of confirming accurate operations of a mist circulation dispersion means before and after or during a decontamination operation and guaranteeing the overall operation as a decontamination device. The device includes a mist supply means, a mist circulation dispersion means, and an ultrasonic detection means. The mist supply means converts a chemical for decontamination of the inside of a working chamber of the device into a mist for decontamination and supplies such mist to the inside of the working chamber. The mist circulation dispersion means subjects a vibrating board (which includes a plurality of ultrasonic transmitters) to ultrasonic vibration to generate sound flows with ultrasound from board surfaces in the vertical direction and presses the mist with acoustic radiation pressure of the sound flows in order to circulate and disperse the mist for decontamination in the working chamber. The ultrasonic detection means includes an ultrasonic receiver configured to detect the operation of the plurality of ultrasonic transmitters included in the vibrating board in as a whole and/or the operation of each of the constituent ultrasonic transmitters.

Decontamination device

A pass box configured to accommodate and decontaminate an article by concentrating a mist of decontamination agent on an article's surface and to reduce a duration of aeration operations. The box includes a decontamination chamber, an aeration chamber in which residue of the decontamination agent is removed from the article's surface, a decontamination agent supply device, a decontamination agent control device, a moving device configured to reposition the article, and an air supply and exhaust device. The decontamination agent supply device converts a chemical into the mist and supplies it into the decontamination chamber. The decontamination agent control device includes vibration boards that are adjacent to internal wall surfaces of the decontamination chamber and that are ultrasonically vibrated to generate sound flows in the vertical direction thereby pressing the mist with acoustic radiation to concentrate the mist on the external surfaces of the article.

Pass box

A decontamination system not requiring large-scale equipment and capable of efficiently using a decontamination liquid. Long pipes can be installed for each of multiple rooms to be decontaminated, a decontamination liquid is not present in supply pipes as a residual dead liquid, and a proper amount of decontamination liquid can essentially be supplied for each room to cause no failure of an ultrasonic vibrator. The system employs a decontamination mist and includes a compressed air generating equipment and a decontamination liquid supplying equipment, and each room is provided with primary and secondary mist generating equipment. The conveyance distance of a primary mist supply pipe connecting the primary and secondary mist generating equipment is longer than that of a decontamination liquid supply pipe connecting the decontamination liquid supplying equipment and the primary mist generating equipment.

Decontamination system

A mist supply device configured to decontaminate a target with a proper amount of decontamination agent supplied to the target by converting such agent into a fine mist, and reducing the duration of operations such as aeration to increase decontamination efficiency. The device includes a mist generation means, a mist microparticulating means, and a supply port. The mist generation means converts the decontamination agent into a primary mist and supplies it to the mist microparticulating means, which includes at least one vibration board that is subjected to ultrasonic vibration to generate sound flows from board surfaces by an ultrasound in the vertical direction. The supplied primary mist is subjected to ultrasonic vibration by the sound flows to reduce the primary mist into a secondary mist of smaller size. The generated secondary mist is supplied to the inside of the room through the supply port.

Mist supply device

A decontamination device configured to provide, on a short time scale, uniform decontamination of target articles without using expensive electron accelerators and to decontaminate such articles in large quantities. The device includes a device body composed of a decontamination region and an aeration region, a conveyance means for conveying an article, a mist supply means, a mist control means, and an aeration means. The mist supply means converts a decontamination agent into a corresponding mist and supplies the mist to the inside of the decontamination region. The mist control means includes vibration boards adjacent to internal wall surfaces of the decontamination region, and these boards are ultrasonically vibrated to generate sound flows from board surfaces by an ultrasound in the vertical direction. The mist inside the decontamination region is pressed by acoustic radiation to concentrate the mist on external surfaces of the article conveyed inside the decontamination region.

Continuous decontamination device

A decontamination device devised to accomplish decontamination with a proper amount of decontamination agent by employing a mist control mechanism to concentrate a mist for decontamination on the surface of an article to be conveyed, and to reduce duration of operations such as aeration increase efficiency of decontamination, and a pass box in which the decontamination device is disposed. The device also includes a mist supply means configured to convert a chemical for decontamination into the mist, and to supply the mist to the inside of a working chamber accommodating the article. The mist control mechanism includes vibration boards adjacent to internal wall surfaces of the working chamber, which are ultrasonically vibrated to generate sound flows from board surfaces by an ultrasound in the vertical direction. The mist supplied to the inside of the chamber is pressed by acoustic radiation pressure to be concentrated on external surfaces of the article.

Decontamination device and pass box in which same is disposed

A continuous decontamination-and-sterilization device possessing high efficiency, reliability, and safety of operation to treat external surfaces of a package that is conveyed to a sterile working chamber. A decontamination chamber decontaminates (with a decontamination agent) bottom and lateral external surfaces of the package conveyed by a first conveyance, with an upper surface seal portion of the package being sealed. An aeration chamber removes residue of decontamination agent from an external surface of the package while the package is conveyed by a second conveyance means. A sterilization chamber sterilizes the upper surface seal portion of the package by irradiating electron beams as the package is conveyed by a third conveyance means, with the bottom or lateral external surface of the package being supported. The first conveyance means includes a sealing means by an adsorbing function to adsorb and capture the upper surface seal portion so as to seal the same and convey the package, with the bottom and lateral external surface portions of the package being open.

Continuous decontamination and sterilization device

The present invention provides a glove/logging system capable of accurately determining periods for glove airtightness inspection and replacement and improving the safety of a work glove in use and the work efficiency by recording and storing the status of use such as the operator name, the frequency of use, the period of use, and the details of work for an individual pair of work gloves attached to an equipment such as an isolator, and retroactively checking improper work and equipment abnormalities by tracing glove operations upon occurrence of operational abnormalities. The glove/logging system is configured to record and store information on the status of use for a work glove, and include an operator tag, a glove tag, a reader for reading information from the tags, and an information device for recording and storing information. The reader is configured to receive information from the operator tag that passes through the reception region or stops therein or the glove tag via the antenna to communicate the information with the information device.

A method for decontaminating a low-temperature article, the method comprising: an applying step including applying a decontamination agent to external surfaces of a low-temperature article and supplying a mist of decontamination agent to a first external surface of said low-temperature article to form a condensed film of the decontamination agent on said first external surface; and a drying step including ultrasonically vibrating vibration boards disposed on a periphery of the low-temperature article to generate sound flows from board surfaces by an ultrasound in a vertical direction, irradiating with ultrasonic waves the low-temperature article with the decontamination agent applied thereto, subjecting said first external surface of the low-temperature article to ultrasonic vibration and acoustic radiation pressure, supplying dry air to the first external surface and drying said first external surface.

Method for decontaminating low-temperature article and a pass box used in same

The present invention provides a work hood that allows for free rotation in a work box to provide a wide work area and easy decontamination of a sealing portion present at the boundary between the work hood and the work box. A rotation support for rotatably supporting the entire half suit is provided. The rotation support includes a base portion, a rotating portion, a bearing portion, a sealing member, and a communication hole. The base portion is airtightly and annularly provided around an opening, and the rotating portion is provided around the base portion through the bearing portion, with a hem portion of the half suit being fixed to the rotating portion. The sealing member is annularly provided in an annular space formed by the base portion and the rotating portion so as to separate the work box and the external environment. The communication hole is provided so as to lead to the external environmental side from the annular small space side formed by the sealing member together with the base portion, the rotating portion, and the bearing portion, and is connected to a supply means for supplying a decontamination gas and the like to the inside of the small space and to a suction means for sucking clean air and the like from the inside of the small space.

Work hood

An incubator which can uniformly maintain a temperature/humidity in a culture chamber and prevent dew condensation from occurring in the culture chamber is provided. Further, an incubator which raises an air pressure in a culture chamber higher than that of the external environment to maintain an aseptic environment and prevents water vapor to be supplied from adversely affecting the inner aseptic environment is provided. An incubator includes a culture chamber including an insulated door and insulated wall, circulating means for circulating air in the culture chamber, temperature regulating means for regulating a temperature of the air in the culture chamber, and humidifying means for humidifying the air in the culture chamber. The humidifying means includes compressed gas generating means for generating a compressed gas, water supplying means for supplying water, a mixed gas-liquid regulator which regulates a mixed gas-liquid having compressed air and the water mixed therein, and a vaporizer which vaporizes the mixed gas-liquid to produce water vapor. Furthermore, the water vapor produced by the vaporizer can be directly supplied to the air circulated by the circulating means without passing through an air filter.

Incubator

[Problem] Provided is a decontamination system which does not require large scale equipment such as large diameter ducts or anti-condensation heaters, while enabling, with respect to a plurality of rooms targeted to be decontaminated, pipelining of which distance is long for each room, the decontamination system being capable of supplying an accurate amount of decontamination gas for each room. [Solving Means] Compressed air-generating means and decontamination solution-supplying means are included, mixed gas-liquid adjusters and gas generators are respectively provided in each room targeted to be decontaminated, and a conveyance distance of gas-liquid supplying pipes which communicate with the mixed gas-liquid adjusters and the gas generators is longer than a conveyance distance of decontamination solution supplying pipes which communicate with decontamination solution-supplying means and the mixed gas-liquid adjusters.

An electron beam irradiation device which can uniformly project electron beams to the entire outer surface of a container by using a small-sized low-energy electron accelerator. When each of the side surface portions of the container is irradiated with the electron beams by supporting a bottom surface portion of the container, a position of the container is moved by the supporting portion so that a distance between each of the side surface portions of the container and an irradiation window of the electron accelerator is made substantially equal. Subsequently, when an upper surface portion and a bottom surface portion of the container are irradiated with the electron beams by holding the side surface portion of the container, the position of the container is moved by the holding portion so that the distances between the upper surface portion and the bottom surface portion of the container and the irradiation windows of the electron accelerators become substantially equal.

Electron beam irradiation device

An electron beam irradiation device which can irradiate an electron beam uniformly to an entire outer surface of an object of irradiation by using a small-sized low-energy electron accelerator with a narrow irradiation window is provided. The device has electron beam irradiation means forming an electron beam irradiation zone and gripping/moving means gripping a part of an object of irradiation and causing the object of irradiation to pass through the electron beam irradiation zone, and the whole surface of the object of irradiation can uniformly pass through the electron beam irradiation zone by combining re-gripping of the object of irradiation by two gripping mechanisms provided on the gripping/moving means, rotation of the object of irradiation by two rotation mechanisms, and movement of the object of irradiation by two moving mechanisms.

A continuous sterilization system is provided which reliably supports a sterilization target so that the sterilization target is not tipped over during a sterilization process and can stably ensure uniform irradiation periods on any portion of inner and outer surfaces and moreover, a portion sterilized by electron beam irradiation is not contaminated again. The continuous sterilization system is provided with a first conveying means, a first electron beam accelerator, a second conveying means, a second electron beam accelerator, and a third electron beam accelerator.
