A fuel cell module includes a fuel cell stack, a plurality of accessories, a plurality of maintenance components, and a frame. The frame has a three-dimensional structure having an internal space. The fuel cell stack and the accessories are fixed to the frame in a state where they are accommodated in the internal space. In a plan view of the fuel cell module, the maintenance components are fixed to the frame in a state where the maintenance components are placed in an external space formed on one side from the frame from among external spaces formed outside the internal space.

Fuel cell module

A stack frame is mounted with a battery stack, and is installed in a vehicle. The stack frame includes: a plurality of frame members arranged in a right-left direction of the vehicle; and a cross member extending in the right-left direction of the vehicle and joined to all end surfaces of the plurality of frame members. An end frame member located at least at one end in the right-left direction of the plurality of frame members, includes: an end surface covered region having an end surface covered with the cross member; and an end surface exposed region having an exposed end surface, and the end surface covered region is provided with more mounting holes used for mounting the battery stack than the end surface exposed region.

Stack frame

The disclosure provides a stack frame that is arranged in a front portion of a vehicle and on which a battery stack is mounted. The stack frame includes a body section and a crash box. The body section includes plural members that are welded to each other along a weld line. The weld line between the plural members extends in a front-back direction of the vehicle. The crash box is arranged on a front side of the body section. A lateral wall surface of the crash box is displaced from an extended line of the weld line.

A fuel cell vehicle includes: a stack frame providing a fuel cell stack, the stack frame being placed in front of a vehicle cabin; and a fuel tank placed behind the stack frame. The stack frame includes a central member, a right member joined to the central member, a left member joined to the central member, and a front cross member. The front cross member is joined to front edge portions of the central member, the right member, and the left member. A front-end portion of a first joining portion between the central member and the right member and a front-end portion of a second joining portion between the central member and the left member overlap with a third joining portion of the front cross member with the front edge portions of the central member, the right member, and the left member.

Fuel cell vehicle

A fuel cell vehicle capable of determining, when a fuel cell vehicle collides with a rigid body, whether a stack is damaged by a visual observation at a low cost. A fuel cell vehicle includes: a fragile part configured to be located so as to come into contact with a side surface of the stack frame that is orthogonal to a direction in which cells in the stack are stacked, and be deformed when a preset collision force causing damage to a stack is applied; and a deformation part configured to form a part of the vehicle body, and be deformed and come into contact with the fragile part when a collision force is applied to the vehicle body.

A crash box is configured to absorb an impact caused by a collision of a vehicle. The crash box includes a front end surface configured to receive the impact, a rear end surface configured to be attached to the vehicle; and a first wall surface and a second wall surface both extending from the rear end surface to the front end surface. The first wall surface and the second wall surface face each other. A length of the second wall surface from the front end surface to the rear end surface is longer than a length of the first wall surface from the front end surface to the rear end surface.
