A method for manufacturing a compressor includes a step of installing a bundle having an O-ring on an outer peripheral surface inside a lower half casing so that a position of the O-ring in an axial direction coincides with a position of a lower half relief groove, a step of installing an upper half casing having an upper half relief groove on the lower half casing so that a position of the upper half relief groove in the axial direction coincides with the position of the O-ring, and a step of pressing the bundle in the axial direction to move the O-ring to a position away from the lower half relief groove and the upper half relief groove, and bringing the O-ring into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the lower half casing and the inner peripheral surface of the upper half casing.

Compressor

A centrifugal compressor is provided with a plurality of diaphragms including a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm which are adjacent to each other in an axial direction, a casing disposed on a radially outer side of the plurality of diaphragms and accommodating an internal component including the plurality of diaphragms, at least one axial spacer disposed between the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm, and a scroll flow passage formed by a scroll inner peripheral wall and a scroll outer peripheral wall. The scroll inner peripheral wall is formed by a surface of the first diaphragm positioned on a radially inner side of an outer peripheral surface of the first diaphragm. At least a part of the scroll outer peripheral wall is formed by an inner peripheral surface of the casing.

Centrifugal compressor

An impeller includes a disk section having a tube section with a grip section which is fixed by thermal deformation to a rotary shaft that is configured to rotate around an axis line, and a main disk body, which is on another end in an axial direction from the grip section and which extends outward in a radial direction of the rotary shaft; and blade sections that protrude from the main disk body in the axial direction. The disk section has a hoop stress-limiting section with a tube section which extends further towards the other end in the axial direction than the main disk body.

Impeller and rotating machine provided with same

A sealing device includes a ring part, a first fin group that together with a first outer peripheral surface forms a clearance, and a second fin group of which the front end is positioned farther radially inward than the first outer peripheral surface and which together with a second outer peripheral surface forms a clearance. The ring part has a first gas supply channel capable of supplying a first sealing gas to the first fin group, a second gas supply channel capable of supplying a second sealing gas to the second fin group, and a mixed gas discharge channel capable of discharging a mixed gas of the first sealing gas and the second sealing gas from between the first fin group and the second fin group.

A rotary machine includes: a casing; a rotor that includes a rotatable rotary shaft located inside the casing, and a plurality of stages of impellers fixed to an outer periphery of the rotary shaft; a diaphragm group including diaphragms that are respectively provided in the plurality of stages of the impellers; gas flow paths provided respectively corresponding to the impellers and through which process gas to be compressed flows; and a discharge volute connected to the gas flow paths. The discharge volute is provided to expand inward in an axis line direction of the casing.

A centrifugal compressor according to the present invention includes, as gas flow paths, diffuser flow paths into which process gas flowing from impellers to outside in a radial direction flows, curved flow paths that respectively communicate with the diffuser flow paths and change a flowing direction of the process gas from a direction toward the outside in the radial direction to a direction toward inside in the radial direction, and return flow paths that respectively communicate with the curved flow paths and cause the process gas flowing through the curved flow paths to flow into the impellers. In the present invention, the curved flow path configuring at least one of the gas flow paths is provided between a diaphragm and a flow path forming body that is provided between the diaphragm and the casing.

An emergency reporting system includes first and second servers, a reporting device, a first database in which identification information of a vehicle and a vehicle model are registered, and a second database in which model-specific rescue information is registered, the first and second databases being disposed outside the vehicle. The reporting device includes a reporting unit that reports accident information of an accident vehicle to the second server. The second server includes a transfer unit that transfers the reported accident information to a prescribed rescue organization and the first server. The first server includes a receiving unit that receives the transferred accident information, an extracting unit that extracts rescue information of a vehicle model corresponding to identification information included in the received accident information from the first and second databases, and a transmitting unit that transmits the extracted rescue information to a terminal device of a rescue worker.

A gas expander includes: a casing where a swirl chamber for a gas to be expanded is formed; a turbine wheel that is housed in the casing and rotationally driven by the expanded gas; a diffuser that is mounted to the casing in a direction of a rotating shaft of the turbine wheel and includes a flow path for the expanded gas to flow in the direction of the rotating shaft; a swirl stopper that is disposed in the diffuser, faces a downstream front end surface of a boss of the turbine wheel that faces the flow path, and includes a closed swirl stopping surface that is disposed to face the downstream front end surface of the boss with a gap between the closed swirl stopping surface and the downstream front end surface; and a swirl preventing plate that circumferentially partition the flow path in the diffuser.

Gas expander

A method of manufacturing a fluid apparatus with flanges that are fastened together may include the following steps: fastening the flanges with a fastening member; introducing a fluid into an internal space of the fluid apparatus, and plastically deforming portions of the flanges that form seats for receiving the fastening member and portions of the flanges that form mating surfaces with pressure of the fluid being applied; releasing the fastening member and correcting at least the mating surfaces out of the seats and the mating surfaces; and refastening the flanges.

Method for manufacturing a fluid device in which flanges are fastened together

A gas seal structure includes: a first member with a first flow path where seal gas flows; a second member that is disposed to face the first member and includes a second flow path where the seal gas flowing from the first flow path flows toward a predetermined seal surface; and a communicating pipe disposed across the first and second flow paths. The communicating pipe includes: a first pipe end and a first seal member that are held within the first flow path, a second pipe end and a second seal member that are held within the second flow path, and a flexible pipe that connects the first pipe end and the second pipe end. A rigidity of the flexible pipe end is lower than a rigidity of each of the first pipe end and the second pipe end.

Impeller, rotating machine, and method for assembling rotating machine

The impeller is provided with: a disc section equipped with a tube section, the grip section of which is fixed by thermal deformation to a rotation shaft that is rotated around the axis line, and a main disc body, which is provided on the other end in the axial direction from the grip section and which extends outward in the radial direction of the rotation shaft; and blade sections that protrude from the main disc body in the axial direction. The disc section is provided with a hoop stress-limiting section, the tube section of which extends further towards the other end in the axial direction than the main disc body.
