A musical instrument to which a music stand is to be attached includes a performance operation unit that is arranged in a front portion of the musical instrument in a front-and-rear direction, and an attachment portion arranged at a position farther rearward than a rear end of the performance operation unit in the front-and-rear direction and farther forward than an intermediate position between the rear end of the performance operation unit and a rear end of the musical instrument in the front-and-rear direction, wherein the music stand is attached to the attachment portion such that a music score provision surface of the music stand is inclined by a first angle, and the first angle is in a range of 35 degrees to 55 degrees with respect to a horizontal plane.

A bottom baseof a transportable mixer M is provided with internal threads, while the upper end of a standis provided with external threadswhich engage the internal threads. The mixer M is adapted to be mounted on the standby the threaded engagement between the internal threadsand external threads. Furthermore, a grooveis provided on an under surfaceof the mixer M, the grooveextending from one end of the under surfaceto the other end through the center. On the groovethere are provided the internal threads. The mixer M is formed to have a low front part and a high rear part, such that a top surfaceof the mixer M has a low front part and a high rear part when placed on a table, and stays on a substantially horizontal position when mounted on the stand. As a result, a transportable electro-acoustic apparatus capable of being fixed on and supported by a stand is provided.

A lower case includes a front-side lower case LCf and a rear-side lower case LCr disposed rearward of the front-side lower case LCf in a side-by-side fashion. An upper case UC is disposed above the lower case. The front-side lower case LCf is fastened to the upper case UC, and the rear-side lower case LCr is fastened to the upper case UC, whereby the lower case is secured to the upper case UC.
