A synchronous motor driving device which accurately estimates and limits direct current (DC), without a dedicated current detection sensor. The device includes a first DC calculation unit that calculates a first DC based on a first voltage command value, a current value of a winding of a synchronous motor, and a battery voltage; a second DC calculation unit that calculates a second DC based on a current value of the winding of the synchronous motor, a rotation speed of the synchronous motor, and a predetermined motor characteristic; a model error extraction unit calculating inverter efficiency based on the first and second DC; a DC correction unit that calculates an estimated DC on the basis of the first and second DC, and the inverter efficiency; and a DC limiting unit that corrects a current command value of the winding based on the estimated DC and a predetermined DC limit value.

Synchronous motor driving device and synchronous motor driving method

There are provided a brake control device and a brake control method capable of estimating a rigidity change due to a temperature change, uneven wear of a brake pad, an inclination of a brake disc, or the like with a low memory load and with high accuracy up to a region with larger thrust than a measurement range. A brake control device controls a braking unit including a friction member pushed on a braking target member, a piston that abuts on the friction member and moves in a linear motion direction by rotation of an electric motor, and a thrust detection unit that detects thrust of the friction member to the braking target member. The brake control device estimates a relation between a piston position being rigidity of the braking unit, and the thrust, based on a first piston range that is a thrust change as a first inclination with respect to the piston position, and a second piston range that is a thrust change as a second inclination different from the first inclination, with respect to the piston position.

State estimation system

A rear electric brake electronic control unit (ECU) includes a delay circuit between a microcomputer of the rear electric brake ECU and a switch for driving a solenoid of a parking mechanism. The delay circuit is configured to delay a signal for driving the switch. The rear electric brake ECU further includes a diagnosis circuit for diagnosing an actuation state of the microcomputer. The diagnosis circuit is able to shut off a power supply to the solenoid regardless of a state of a signal of the solenoid if the actuation state of the microcomputer is abnormal.

Provided is an electric brake including: a brake mechanism configured to transmit, based on a braking request, a thrust force generated through drive of an electric motor to a piston configured to move brake pads to be pressed against a disc rotor; and an ECU for rear electric brake configured to control the drive of the electric motor, and to move, in a non-braking state, the piston to a predetermined clearance position at which a clearance between each of the brake pads and the disc rotor is a predetermined amount. The ECU for rear electric brake is configured to drive the electric motor so that a period from generation of the braking request to a start of the pressing of the disc rotor by the brake pads is a predetermined period regardless of a position of the piston at a time when the braking request is generated.

An object of the present invention is to provide a motor control device capable of estimating a delay with high accuracy even in a case where there is a fluctuation in disturbance torque or delay time and of suppressing the influence of the delay. Motor control device and electric brake device including the same

An object of the present invention is to appropriately control a clearance amount by correcting an estimation error of a contact position caused by a delay time difference between output signals of sensors, and to establish both improvement of fuel efficiency due to prevention of drag of a brake pad during non-braking and reduction in response time during braking. A detection device that is capable of being attached to a through hole includes a main body portion, a detection portion, a cover portion, an insulation portion, and an oscillation portion. The main body portion has an insertion portion and a head portion. The detection portion is arranged in the insertion portion and detects the state of a fluid. The cover portion is arranged so as to form a gap with the head portion. The insulating portion has a lateral wall having a cylindrical shape. An oscillation portion is accommodated inside the insulation portion, and performs a wireless output of a detection result of the detection portion by using the head portion, the cover portion and the gap as a slot antenna.
