To provide a secondary battery that is suitable to a portable information terminal or a wearable device. To provide an electronic device having a novel structure that can have various forms and a secondary battery that fits the forms of the electronic device. The secondary battery includes a film provided with depressions or projections that can ease stress on the film due to application of external force. The sizes of the depressions or projections are different between a center portion and an end portion of the film. The end portion of the film is sealed with an adhesive layer. The depressions or projections of the film are formed by pressing such as embossing.

Secondary battery and electronic device

A semiconductor device includes a sensor circuit including a sensor element, and a processing unit comprising a power management unit and an arithmetic processing circuit. The power management unit has a function of controlling power supply to the arithmetic processing circuit. The sensor circuit has a function of judging a sensed signal of the sensor element and supplying an interrupt signal to the processing unit in accordance with the judgment result. The power management unit has a function of restarting or stopping power supply to the arithmetic processing circuit in accordance with the interrupt signal.

Semiconductor device and control system

A structure suitable for a portable information terminal or a wearable device is provided. In addition, an electronic device having a novel structure that can have various forms is provided. It is preferable that a buffer layer which absorbs a difference in the amount of change in form be provided between adjacent film substrates which overlap with each other. As the buffer layer, a gelled resin material, a rubber resin material, a liquid material, an air layer, or the like can be used. Furthermore, an optical film such as a polarizing film or a color filter may be used as the buffer layer. A plurality of buffer layers may be provided in an electronic device.

Electronic device

A plurality of display panels having a curved surface are placed in a limited space. Two, or three or more display panels are combined to form one display region having a T-shaped outer edge as one screen, and a driver can curve part of the display panel as appropriate so that the driver can see the screen easily. A first display panel or a second display panel has flexibility and includes a position adjustment function of curving an end portion. That is, by curving part of the display panel, the user can see the display panel easily. The in-car design can also be varied.

Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A wearable device needs to have a design corresponding to complicated surfaces of human bodies. Thus, an electronic device that can fit the characteristics of each individual human body after being purchased and can be worn naturally and comfortably is provided. The electronic device includes a secondary battery which can be transformed. By using a secondary battery which can be transformed, for example, a secondary battery can be efficiently placed in a narrow and elongated space in the electronic device, and the elongated secondary battery can be bent together with the electronic device. Furthermore, the weight balance of the electronic device can be easily adjusted.

Electronic device and glasses-type device including secondary battery

The power storage device includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte, and an exterior body. The positive electrode includes a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active material layer in contact with the positive electrode current collector. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material layer in contact with the negative electrode current collector. The positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer overlap with each other. The positive electrode, the negative electrode, and the electrolyte are surrounded by the exterior body. When a length of the positive electrode active material layer is P, a width of the positive electrode active material layer is P, a length of the negative electrode active material layer is N, and a width of the negative electrode active material layer is N, P&#x3e;P, N&#x3e;N, and N&#x3e;P+N&#x2212;Pare satisfied.
