Disclosed is a friction stir welding tool () equipped with a probe () and a holder (). At the tip of the probe () there is a pin part () and at the base there are probe-side protrusions () and probe-side recesses (). At the tip of the holder () there are holder-side recesses () which mate with the probe-side protrusions (), and holder-side protrusions () which mate with the probe-side recesses (). External force applied to the probe () is transmitted from the probe-side protrusions () to the holder-side recesses () and from the probe-side recesses () to the holder-side protrusions ().

Friction stir welding tool

A fluid-filled type vibration damping device including a partition member having a housing space, and a movable plate housed within the housing space so that displacement thereof is limited by abutment against inside wall faces of the housing space. Abutted sloping faces are defined by outside peripheral portions of the inside wall faces of the housing space situated in opposition in an axial direction while sloping axially outside going towards an inner peripheral side. An outside peripheral abutting portion formed of a rubber elastic body is provided to an outside peripheral portion of the movable plate, and abutting sloping faces are defined by opposite faces of the outside peripheral abutting portion that slope axially outside going towards the inner peripheral side. The abutted sloping faces and the abutting sloping faces have different slope angles so as to slope relative to each other.

Fluid-filled type vibration damping device

In a structure for mounting a subframe, located under a vehicle body, to the vehicle body via an elastic assembly, the elastic assembly includes: a first mounting member located under the vehicle body and over the subframe; a second mounting member located immediately above the first mounting member; and an elastic member disposed between the first and second mounting members. The first mounting member is mounted to the vehicle body, while the second mounting member is mounted to the subframe.

Mounting of subframe

A fluid-filled type vibration damping device including a resin bracket provided on an outside peripheral face of a second mounting member. The resin bracket includes a mating portion mated within a mating groove of the second mounting member opening in an outside peripheral face of the second mounting member, a mating tubular portion extending on the outside peripheral face of the second mounting member from the mating portion to one axial side, and a mounting portion which is formed at a distal end portion of the mating tubular portion on the one axial side and extends peripherally outward. A weight reducing space opens at a distal end face of the mating tubular portion on the one axial side while extending between an inside peripheral face of the mating tubular portion and the outside peripheral face of the second mounting member in a circumferential direction.
