A leaning vehicle having a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication antenna mounted thereon, a body frame that leans in a vehicle leftward or rightward direction when the leaning vehicle turns left or right, and a V2X communication device configured to perform V2X communication. The V2X communication antenna has such a radiation pattern that a 3 dB beam width thereof in a horizontal mounting plane is larger than the 3 dB beam width thereof in a vertical mounting plane, the 3 dB beam width in the vertical mounting plane existing both in a vehicle upper region and in a vehicle lower region, and the 3 dB beam width in the horizontal mounting plane existing both in a vehicle left region and in a vehicle right region. The V2X communication device performs the V2X communication with another V2X communication device, at least when the leaning vehicle turns left or right and the body frame leans accordingly.

A vehicle includes a suspension device including a right cover member that is provided at least partially between a left surface of a right brake disc and a ground contact point of a left tire and in a position located closer to the right brake disc than the ground contact point of the left tire when a body frame is in the upright state and when the body frame leans to the left, and a left cover member that is located between a right surface of a left brake disc and a ground contact point of a right tire and in a position located closer to the left brake disc than a ground contact point of the right tire when the body frame is in the upright state and when the body frame leans to the right.

At least a portion of a detecting portion of a front wheel rotation speed detector is supported on one front telescopic element of a shock absorbing device and is positioned in, as viewed in the direction of a wheel axis, an area defined by a front imaginary line which passes a front end of the shock absorbing device and which is parallel to a steering axis and a rear imaginary line which passes a rear end of the shock absorbing device and which is parallel to the steering axis in a perpendicular or substantially perpendicular direction to the wheel axis and the steering axis, an area located inwards of an outer shape of a wheel, and an area which is located outside an area defined between the front and rear telescopic elements.
