A wire harness mounting structure is provided for a vehicle including a drive unit and a battery unit configured to supply electric power to the drive unit via a wire harness. The drive unit includes a drive motor configured to drive a drive wheel, and an inverter device configured to convert the electric power from the battery unit and supply the converted electric power to the drive motor. One end of the wire harness is coupled to the inverter device from a first direction in a vehicle width direction via an inverter-side connector at a side surface portion of the inverter device, and the other end of the wire harness is coupled to the battery unit from a second direction opposite to the first direction via a battery-side connector at a rear end portion of the battery unit.

Vehicle mounting structure for electric unit

A hybrid system for a vehicle includes a drive unit provided with a motor for driving wheels and a power generation unit provided with an engine and a generator driven by the engine. The power generation unit is provided so as to be adjacent to the drive unit in a separated state. One of the drive unit and the power generation unit is mounted on a vehicle body via a first mount member at a lower portion of the one unit. The other one of the drive unit and the power generation unit is mounted on the vehicle body via a second mount member at an upper portion of the other one unit.

Hybrid system

The in-vehicle structure of an inverter includes an inverter and a side member. The inverter has a first high-voltage bus bar whose position in the front-rear direction of the vehicle does not overlap with a low rigidity portion and overlaps with a high rigidity portion.

In-vehicle structure of inverter

An electric motor unit includes: a case; a stator accommodated in the case; a rotor that is rotatably held inside the stator; a rotation shaft that is provided in the rotor and is rotatably supported by the case; a cooling device configured to inject a cooling liquid toward the stator; a gas passage that has a respiratory membrane that allows air to pass through and penetrates from an inner wall surface to an outer wall surface of the case; and a predetermined electrical component arranged between an injection port of the cooling device and an inner wall surface side opening of the gas passage. The gas passage is opened at the inner wall surface of a wall portion on one side of the case in an axial direction.

Electric motor unit

A drive device protection structure has a rotary electric machine, a gearbox connected the rotary electric machine, an undercover disposed underneath the drive device and a protecting plate provided to the undercover. The rotary electric machine has a rotary electric machine housing that has a rotary electric machine flange. The gearbox has a gearbox housing that has a gearbox flange. The rotary electric machine flange and the gearbox flange are connected together. The rotary electric machine flange and the gearbox flange are formed such that a lower surface of the gearbox flange is positioned lower than a lower surface of the rotary electric machine flange. The protecting plate is formed of a material more rigid than a material of the undercover. The protecting plate is provided beneath connecting part between the rotary electric machine flange and the gearbox flange so as to face the connecting part.

Structure for protecting drive device

A vehicle front arrangement structure includes high-voltage equipment, air conditioning equipment that includes an air-conditioner blower, and a high-voltage connector part. The high-voltage equipment and air conditioning equipment are arranged in front of a vehicle. The high-voltage connector part is provided at a vehicle rearward end portion of the high-voltage equipment to connect a high-voltage wire harness. The high-voltage connector part is arranged so as to be displaced in at least one of a vertical direction and a horizontal direction as viewed from the front of the vehicle.
