A vibration motor includes a stationary portion and a movable portion vibrable in an axis direction with respect to the stationary portion. The stationary portion includes a coil and a housing. The housing includes a first region expanding in a first direction orthogonal to the axis direction, and a second region disposed on one side in a second direction orthogonal to the axis direction and the first direction relative to the first region and expanding in the first direction. In a cross-section across the axis direction, a distance in the second direction between the second region and the first region is longest at a center in the first direction of the first region. In the cross-section, a shape formed by the first and second regions is asymmetric with respect to an axis extending parallel to the first direction through a center of the housing in the second direction.

An input device includes a contact body to contact an object, a pressure sensor to detect pressure of contact of the contact body with the object, a vibrator to generate a vibration to provide a tactile sensation, and a vibration controller. The vibration of the vibrator when the pressure detected based on the output of the pressure sensor is large is larger than that when the pressure detected based on the output of the pressure sensor is small.

Input device and display input system

A vibration motor includes a stationary part, and a movable element which has a magnet and can vibrate in one direction. The stationary part includes a coil which applies a driving force to the magnet due to energization, a housing which houses the movable element and the coil therein, a first lid part which closes an end portion of the housing on one side in the one direction, and a first bearing part. The first bearing part is disposed inside the housing on the other side in the one direction from the first lid part. The first bearing part includes a bearing inner circumferential surface disposed with a gap therebetween with respect to an outer circumferential surface of a portion of the movable element on one side in the one direction.

Photomask () is exposed twice in total before and after moving photomask (). Region (), an unexposed region due to interruption of dust () attached to photomask (), can be suppressed, enabling pattern exposure on photosensitive Ag paste film () to be favorably performed.

The present invention provides an image display device capable of displaying a good image by suppressing yellowing of a glass substrate, and a high-yield manufacturing method of the glass substrate. The image display device is formed of a front-side glass substrate and a back-side glass substrate. A method of manufacturing a plasma display panel, whose glass substrate is not tinged and luminance is high, is provided, even when silver material is used. A layer including silver compounds, which include sulfur generated on a surface of an electrode by reacting on sulfur in air, is removed before a forming process of a dielectric layer. Then decomposition of the compound is restricted in a firing process of the dielectric layer. Even when the electrode having the silver material with high electrical conductivity is used, yellow coloration on the glass substrate is prevented. As a result, a high quality plasma display panel which does not decrease in luminance is provided.
