A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion, a pair of sidewall portions, a pair of bead portions, a carcass extending between the pair of bead portions, and an inner rubber extending between the pair of bead portions on an inner side of the carcass. The inner rubber includes a first portion extending in the tread portion with a first thickness and a second portion extending in each of or one of the pair of sidewall portions with a second thickness. The first thickness is greater than the second thickness. In a tire meridian cross-section, a cross-sectional area of the inner rubber is in a range from 1.5% to 10% of an inner-cavity cross-sectional area of the pneumatic tire.

Pneumatic tire

A tire includes a tread portion including first and second tread edges, a first shoulder land portion including the first tread edge, and a first shoulder circumferential groove located inwardly in a tire axial direction of and adjacent to the first shoulder land portion and extending continuously in a tire circumferential direction. The first shoulder land portion is provided with a plurality of first shoulder lateral grooves extending from the first shoulder circumferential groove across the first tread edge, each of the plurality of first shoulder lateral grooves has a pair of first groove walls, and the pair of first groove walls is provided with a pair of first chamfer portions that extends from the first shoulder circumferential groove to a first location beyond the first tread edge.

Tire

The tire whose mounting position relative to a vehicle is specified, comprises a tread portion having a first tread edge and a second tread edge, and provided with three main grooves and four land portions. The main grooves include a first shoulder main groove, a second shoulder main groove, and a crown main groove. The land portions include a first middle land portion and a second middle land portion. The first middle land portion is disposed on the tire equator. The first middle land portion is provided with first transverse narrow grooves. The first transverse narrow groove comprises a first deep portion, a second deep portion and a first shallow portion therebetween to improve steering stability and ride comfort.

A tire sidewall portion is provided with a circumferentially extending decorative zone which comprises a serrated region formed from ridges extending in a radial direction and arranged side by side in the tire circumferential direction. The ridges include continuous ridges and discontinuous ridges with a discontinuity part. A diagonal pattern is formed by discontinuity-pattern elements each formed from the discontinuity parts of the discontinuous ridges positioned adjacently in the tire circumferential direction. In the diagonal pattern, one of the continuous ridges is disposed between every two of the adjacent discontinuity-pattern elements.
