An automatic sample injection device is configured to perform an injection operation of a sample to an analyzer by a sampling mechanism () for sucking and dispensing a solvent. The automatic sample injection device is provided with solvent arrangement locations () at which a plurality of solvents each accommodated in a vial is arranged, a method setting unit () configured to set a method of a predetermined operation using a solvent based on information input by a user, a solvent arrangement setting unit () configured to set the number or types of solvents to be arranged at the solvent arrangement locations; and a control unit () configured to control the sampling mechanism to execute the predetermined operation with a method set by the method setting unit.

Automatic sample injection device

Provided is a gas chromatograph device capable of appropriately determining that a temperature of an entirety of a heating target has stabilized after cooling the heating target in a column oven to a target temperature after a temperature-rising analysis. A gas chromatograph device capable of performing a temperature-rising analysis cools an inside of a column oven by a cooling mechanism. When a detection temperature by a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of the heating target has reached a target temperature after the inside of the column oven has been cooled, the heating target is heated by a heater. Upon reaching of the detection temperature of the temperature sensor to the target temperature, it is determined whether or not the temperature of the entirety of the heating target has stabilized based on power consumption of the heater.

Gas chromatograph device

An automatic sample injection device includes: an; and a management device. The injector includes: a turret; and a vial sensor. The management device includes: a condition setting unit configured to set a condition relating to a type of a vial to be used in the sample injection operation, based on information input by a user; and a vial determination unit configured to determine, before the injector initiates the sample injection operation, whether or not there is a missing vial on the turret out of the vials of the plurality of types set to be used in the sample injection operation under a condition set by the condition setting unit, by using a detection result of the vial sensor.

A vial supply system is provided with: a sampler configured to supply a vial to a predetermined supply destination by a transport arm; a management device communicatively connected to the sampler, the management device being configured to manage a supply operation of the vial by the sampler; and a display device provided so as to be able to communicate with the management device. When a teaching mode for performing teaching for setting a position of a transport arm at the time when a transport arm of the sampler transports the vial to and from the supply destination is started, the management device is configured to cause the display device to display an operation to be performed by a user in the teaching.

Automatic sample injection system

This sample injection device is provided with a plunger drive unit for driving a plunger by a pulse motor, an encoder for detecting an operating position of the pulse motor, and a control unit for adjusting a reference position of the tip end of the plunger with respect to the syringe based on the operating position detected by the encoder when the tip end of the plunger is brought into contact with the end portion in the syringe on the tip end side.
