A stator for a rotating electric machine includes a stator core, a coil having a coil end, a cooling jacket that is attached to the stator core so as to house the coil end in the cooling jacket and that allows cooling oil to flow therethrough, introduction parts, and discharge parts. The coil end includes first portions, extending parallel to an end surface of the stator core, and pairs of second portions, each pair being connected to both ends of a corresponding one of the first portions, the pairs extending in a direction parallel to an axial direction. The cooling jacket includes an inner circumferential wall and an outer circumferential wall. The introduction parts are provided on the outer circumferential wall, and the discharge parts are provided on the inner circumferential wall.

Stator for rotating electric machine and cooling structure for stator

A rotating electrical machine capable of obtaining a higher torque while limiting the amount of permanent magnets used. A magnetic pole of a rotor includes an auxiliary magnet embedded in a rotor core and at least one main magnet arranged on an outer circumferential side than the auxiliary magnet of the rotor. In each magnetic pole, the distance from an end of the main magnet, the end facing the auxiliary magnet, to the auxiliary magnet facing the main magnet is shorter than the length of the main magnet in the radial direction. In a cross-section orthogonal to the rotation axis of the rotating electrical machine, the main magnets of each magnetic pole are arranged so as to be asymmetrical about a virtual line passing the rotation axis and axisymmetrically dividing the auxiliary magnet.

A powdered resin composition for slush molding comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane resin powder (B) as the main component and a fine particle powder (A) of a vinyl type copolymer comprising a copolymer of a monomer (a01) having one vinyl group such as methyl methacrylate and a monomer (a02) having two or more vinyl groups such as ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and having a cross-linked structure; or a fine particle powder (E) of a vinyl type copolymer comprising the (a01) and a monomer (a03) having one or more vinyl groups and one or more functional groups other than a vinyl group such as hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate and having a cross-linked structure. The fine particle powder is a powder flowability improver which does not cause die stains and the powdered resin composition for slush molding containing the fine powder do not cause staining of molds.
