An imaging apparatus of the present disclosure includes an imaging element that sequentially resets accumulated electric charges in a first direction to start exposure, and captures, during the exposure, a subject image entered via an optical system to generate an image signal an image processor that performs predetermined processing on the image signal generated by the imaging element to generate image data, a focal plane shutter including a rear curtain for covering the imaging element to end the exposure, and a controller that sets, when photographing, an electric charge resetting time, for the imaging element, from start of resetting of the electric charges to end of the resetting, and a covering time, for the focal plane shutter, from start of covering of the imaging element by the rear curtain to end of the covering, so that an exposure value (EV) for the imaging element has a predetermined inclination in the first direction, and that outputs an instruction on a flash start timing at which a flash device is caused to start flashing.

Imaging apparatus

An image stabilization mechanism includes: a sensor holder unit configured to hold an image sensor; a rear frame; a front frame; a first ball; a second ball; and a cylinder unit configured to press the first ball against the sensor holder unit. The cylinder unit has a cylinder on the rear frame so that an axial direction thereof is parallel to an optical axis direction, a piston movably positioned in the cylinder, and a spring configured to urge the piston toward the sensor holder unit. The first ball is between an end surface of the piston and the sensor holder unit.

Image stabilization mechanism and imaging device with the same

The image blur correction device is an image blur correction device that corrects a blur of an image of a subject to be captured, and includes a movable frame, a fixed frame, a plurality of connection members, a plurality of actuators, a pair of magnets, and a magnetic body. The movable frame is displaceable along a plane orthogonal to an optical axis. The fixed frame faces the movable frame. The plurality of connection members connects the fixed frame and the movable frame to each other, and supports the movable frame so as to be displaceable. The plurality of actuators changes the position of the movable frame according to displacement of the movable frame. The pair of magnets is mounted on one of the fixed frame and the movable frame, and includes a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole. The magnetic body is mounted on the other of the fixed frame and the movable frame, and disposed to face the pair of magnets. The magnetic body has a flat surface facing the pair of magnets, the flat surface having four sides. A first side out of the four sides is located across the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole of the pair of magnets, and a second side intersecting the first side is located along one of the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole of the pair of magnets. The first side is linear, and the second side has a recessed shape or a protruded shape intersecting the first side.

Image blur correction device and imaging device

A camera body includes a body mount to which an interchangeable lens is attachable; a CMOS image sensor; a main circuit board; and a mechanical shutter provided with an aperture. The main circuit board is disposed between the body mount and the CMOS image sensor, and an opening through which light from the interchangeable lens toward the CMOS image sensor passes is formed in the main circuit board. The mechanical shutter is disposed between the body mount and the CMOS image sensor, and is attached to the main circuit board.

Compact interchangeable lens type camera

An imaging apparatus includes a camera body and an interchangeable lens. The camera body includes: an image sensor; an image sensor driver configured to drive the image sensor in a plane perpendicular to an optical axis; a sensor configured to measure a position of the plane; a shake detector configured to detect a camera body shake; and a first image stabilizer configured to correct the detected shake by driving the image sensor driver. The interchangeable lens includes: an image stabilization lens configured to adjust an optical path to correct a shake; an image stabilization lens driver configured to drive the image stabilization lens in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis; and a second image stabilizer configured to correct a shake, based on a position measured by the sensor of the camera body, by driving the image stabilization lens driver.

Imaging apparatus having image stabilization mechanisms

An electronic apparatus is capable of sharing connection information for connecting to a specific communication line with another apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes a first communication unit configured to communicate with a base station through the specific communication line, a second communication unit configured to perform communication different from the communication performed by the first communication unit, a detection unit configured to detect, via the second communication unit, whether the another apparatus is operating, and a controller configured to control communication performed by the first and second communication units. The controller controls, on the basis of a detection result from the detection unit, whether to perform communication through the specific communication line by the first communication unit.

This image capture device includes: an imager which receives an optical image of a subject and outputs image data; a focal plane shuttering apparatus which restricts incidence of the optical image onto the imager and which is able to select either a normally opened driving method or a normally closed driving method; and a driving method switching section which switches a method for driving the focal plane shuttering apparatus into one of the normally opened and normally closed driving methods. The driving method switching section switches the method for driving the focal plane shuttering apparatus into the normally opened driving method after an image capturing operation has been performed.

An image-capturing apparatus includes an image-capturing device having an image-capturing surface, a shutter unit having an aperture configured to allow light from an object to pass through the aperture, and a controller that controls the shutter unit. The shutter unit includes a curtain unit that selectively executes an opening operation of opening the aperture and a closing operation of closing the aperture, and an actuator that drives the curtain unit. The controller is operable to control the shutter unit to execute: an image-capturing operation in which the shutter unit executes the closing operation after resetting an electric charge stored in the image-capturing device; and a pre-driving operation in which the actuator drives the curtain with a small motion before executing the image-capturing operation.

A shutter device includes a leading drive lever configured to move leading blades to a closed position at which the leading blades cover an opening and to move the leading blades to an open position at which the leading blades open the opening; a leading charge mechanism configured to rotate a leading charge lever in a charge direction to generate biasing force and to rotate, using the biasing force of the leading drive spring, the leading charge lever in a drive direction to rotate the leading drive lever in an opening direction; a leading lock lever configured to lock the leading charge lever having rotated in the charge direction; a leading attractive unit configured to hold, using electromagnetic force, the leading lock lever locking the leading charge lever; and a leading biasing mechanism configured to bias the leading lock lever in a release direction.

Shutter device

A focal plane shuttering apparatus includes: front and rear curtains; a first elastic member which generates biasing force to make the front curtain run in such a direction as to get the front curtain retracted from an aperture; a second elastic member which generates biasing force to make the rear curtain run in such a direction as to have the rear curtain cover the aperture; a charging member which applies biasing force to the first and second elastic members; a front curtain locking mechanism which keeps the front curtain retracted from the aperture when the charging member applies biasing force to the first elastic member; a rear curtain locking mechanism which keeps the aperture covered with the rear curtain when the charging member applies biasing force to the second elastic member; and an unlocking member interlocked with the charging member that unlocks the front and rear curtain locking mechanisms.

Focal plane shuttering apparatus and image capture device

An imaging apparatus includes a camera body; and a flash device provided in the camera body and configured to be popped up from the camera body. The flash device includes a light emitter configured to emit light, a capacitor configured to store charge, an electric circuit configured to control the light emitter and the capacitor, a first electric wire configured to electrically connect the light emitter and the capacitor, and a second electric wire configured to electrically connect the capacitor and the electric circuit. The light emitter, the capacitor, the electric circuit, the first electric wire, and the second electric wire move integrally when the flash device is popped up.

This focal plane shuttering apparatus includes: front and rear curtains; first and second elastic members which generate biasing force to make the front and rear curtains run in such a direction as to get the front and rear curtains retracted from an aperture; a charging member which applies biasing force to those elastic members; a front curtain locking member which keeps the front curtain retracted from the aperture when the charging member applies biasing force to the first elastic member; a rear curtain locking member which keeps the aperture covered with the rear curtain when the charging member applies biasing force to the second elastic member; two switches which turn synchronously with those locking members; and an unlocking member which is interlocked with the charging member that unlocks those locking members.

A camera body, to which a lens unit configured to form an optical image of a subject is attachable, comprises a body mount to which the lens unit is attachable, an imaging element configured to convert the optical image of the subject into an electrical signal, and a shutter unit. The shutter unit is disposed between the body mount and the imaging element and provided so that an optical path can be blocked between the lens unit and the imaging element. The shutter unit is configured to be in an open state while the lens unit is removed from the body mount.

Optical viewfinder

A cooling apparatus includes a base member, a flat piezoelectric actuator, at least one expansion mechanism, and a blade member. The flat piezoelectric actuator is configured to be connected at one end to the base member. At least one expansion mechanism is configured to be connected to the other end of the piezoelectric actuator and pivot by the swinging of the piezoelectric actuator. The blade member is configured to be connected to the expansion mechanism and swing by the pivoting of the expansion mechanism. The blade member performs a fanning action by the swinging of the piezoelectric actuator and the pivoting of the expansion mechanism if AC power is applied to the piezoelectric actuator.
