The hoist includes a hoist body, guiding plates mounted at two ends of the hoist body through bolts, twist locks mounted at four ends of the hoist body, a driving unit configured to drive twist locks to rotate, transmission assemblies configured to connect the twist locks with the driving unit, ejector pins configured to prevent the twist locks from rotating mistakenly, and a sensor configured to control the hoist to operate and provide protection safety.

A frictional force monitoring system for middle troughs of a scraper conveyor, comprising a scraper conveyor system and a sensing detection system. The scraper conveyor system consists of a machine body, middle troughs, thrust lugs, scrapers, a double chain, a sprocket, a speed reducer, an electric motor and a frequency converter. The sensing monitoring system consists of force receiving modules, a three-dimensional force sensor, and a pre-embedded temperature sensor. The frictional force monitoring system is able to monitor impact loads, frictional forces, friction coefficients, temperature, etc. between an annular chain, coal bulk, and middle troughs of the scraper conveyor under complex and severe operating conditions, and to provide the technical means for the design, safety early-warning and health evaluation of the scraper conveyor, and can provide a data basis for studying friction wear and fatigue breaking mechanism of middle troughs of a scraper machine.

The present invention discloses a dynamic reliability evaluation method for coupling faults of a middle trough of a scraper conveyor. Disclosed are an online monitoring system for a crack on a hoist spindle and an operation method thereof. The system comprises: a rope power part, a crack detection part, a wireless transmission part, and a computer. The rope power part comprises two traction ropes, two guide wheels, two stepper motors, and two stepper motor drivers. The crack detection part comprises a spiral tube guide rail, a sliding body, and an ultrasonic generator. The wireless transmission part comprises three zigbee wireless sensing modules. The zigbee wireless sensing modules receive instructions from the computer and transmit the instructions to the stepper motor drivers to control the motors to rotate. The stepper motors drive the guide wheels to rotate to realize the winding of the ropes, so as to pull the sliding body to slide on the spiral tube guide rail. The ultrasonic generator clamped on the sliding body monitors the rotating spindle along the spiral tube guide rail. The zigbee wireless sensing modules transmit the detected data to the computer in real time. The present invention can effectively monitor a hoist spindle in time before a failure occurs, thereby avoiding safety accidents.

The present invention discloses an embedded scraper rotation angle detection device for a scraper conveyor and a detection method. The detection device includes two extensible detection devices, two signal detection units and a remote processing unit. The two extensible detection devices and the two signal detection units are disposed at two ends of a scraper respectively. The signal detection units detect movement displacements of the extensible detection devices in real time and send out signals through wireless transmission modules, the wireless transmission modules and a wireless receiving module are used for data transmission, and a signal display processing module is used to calculate a rotation angle value of the scraper in real time, output and display the rotation angle value simultaneously, compare the rotation angle value measured in real time with a set safety threshold, and send out an alarm indication when the rotation angle value exceeds the safety threshold.

Systems and methods for detecting a layer-to-layer transition of a lifting steel wire rope on a reel are described. The system includes a reel assembly for winding a steel wire rope on a reel and a tensioning assembly for tensioning a segment of said steel wire rope. The system further includes a loading assembly and a lead screw sliding assembly. The loading assembly provides a vertical loading to the tensioning assembly so as to generate a loading force between the tensioned steel wire rope and the steel wire rope wound around the reel. The lead screw sliding assembly drives the tensioning assembly so as to move on a horizontal guide rail to generate a relative displacement between the tensioned steel wire rope and the steel wire rope wound around the reel. The tensioning assembly is connected to the loading assembly via a first threaded rod and a static torque sensor.
