A dispenser for thin replaceable knives, for example microtome knives, comprises a housing ( ) for the reception of multiple knives ( ) arranged in a stack ( ). The housing includes a cover ( ) and a longitudinal wall ( ) adjacent to the housing cover ( ) through which a dispensing opening ( ) is provided.
