The recognition records may include respective coordinates for a monitored video received by a monitoring device. The respective coordinates may be indicative of a specified event previously recognized based on the monitored video. The system may determine a monitoring boundary based on the respective coordinates of the recognition records for the monitored video received by the monitoring device. The system may receive at least one frame of subsequent monitored video. The system may extract in response to receipt of the at least one frame of the subsequent monitored video, image data from the at least one frame of the subsequent monitored video. The extracted image data from the at least one frame may be located in the monitoring boundary as applied to the at least one frame of the subsequent monitored video.

The method also includes: obtaining, by the computing device, vehicle running information that comprises a running status of the target vehicle; and determining, by the computing device, whether a dangerous driving behavior exists according to the driving video and the vehicle running information corresponding to a same time period. The dangerous driving behavior is a driving behavior having an accident risk.

A barrage video live broadcast method is performed at a video source device that is communicatively connected to a network access device and a video capture device. The video source device sends an account distribution request to the network access device and the account distribution request is used to instruct the network access device to return a video source device account bound to the network access device for accessing a barrage video system hosted at a remote server. The video source device then obtains a live video stream captured by the video capture device (e.g., a unmanned aerial vehicle) and sends the live video stream to the network access device by using a Wi-Fi Direction connection. The network access device then forwards the live video stream to the barrage video system for broadcasting the live video stream and live comments submitted from other user accounts of the barrage video system.
