A display device includes a display panel, a cover configured to support a rear surface of the display panel, and a roller configured to wind or unwind the display panel and the cover. The cover includes an upper cover bonded to the display panel, and the upper cover includes a first upper cover and a second upper cover. The second upper cover includes a plurality of concave portions and a plurality of convex portions, and the first upper cover is disposed between the display panel and the second upper cover. The first upper cover is disposed to engage with the plurality of concave portions and the plurality of convex portions of the second upper cover.

Display device with a multi-part cover

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a display device includes a display unit including a display panel which displays an image, a head bar connected to an upper end of the display unit, a roller which is connected to a lower end of the display unit to ascend or descend the display unit, and four sets of spring units which are disposed on a rear surface of the display unit to intersect with respect to a gear unit, thereby minimizing loads of the display panel and the motor and maximizing an efficiency.

A flexible display device is disclosed. The flexible display device includes a flexible display panel and a back cover disposed on a back surface of the flexible display panel and having a plurality of opening patterns provided in the third region. The plurality of opening patterns include opening patterns arranged in odd-numbered columns along the first direction and opening patterns arranged in even-numbered columns along the first direction. Each of the opening patterns includes a first portion having a width becoming smaller in a second direction intersecting with the first direction as the first portion progresses along the first direction and a second portion extending from the first portion and having a width becoming greater in the second direction as the second portion progresses along the first direction.

Disclosed is a display device and an apparatus for side surface sealing of display panel, which enable to realize thin profile and good exterior appearance in device, wherein the display device includes a display panel including a first substrate with pad regions, a second substrate bonded to remaining portions of the first substrate except the pad regions, and an upper polarizing film attached to an entire upper surface of the second substrate; a panel support member joined to an edge of a lower surface of the display panel; a panel driving part including a flexible circuit film attached to the pad regions; and a side surface sealing member for covering each side surface of the display panel, the flexible circuit film, the plurality of pad regions, and each side surface of the upper polarizing film.
