Specifically, there may be provided a display panel and display device capable of simplifying the process, by comprising a substrate, first to fourth signal lines and an active layer disposed on the substrate, a first metal layer and a second metal layer disposed on a portion of an upper surface of the active layer and spaced apart from each other, a first insulation film disposed on the first and second metal layers, a second insulation film disposed on the first insulation film, an electrode pattern disposed on the active layer and the first insulation film and not overlapping the second insulation film, and a fifth signal line disposed on the second insulation film and crossing the first to fourth signal lines spaced apart from each other, wherein the first electrode contacts an upper surface of the first metal layer disposed on the active layer, and wherein the fifth signal line is disposed on the same layer as the first electrode.

A display apparatus includes a first group including a plurality of first panels, a second group including plurality of second panels stacked on the first group, and a circuit film disposed at one portion of the first group and configured to apply a line signal to the first group. The first group and the second group are stacked on each other to be not aligned with each other. The first group and the second group are electrically connected to each other so that the line signal passes through the first group and the second group.

Display apparatus

A display device according to an example includes a plurality of sub pixels disposed on a substrate, and a plurality of touch units disposed on the substrate. Each sub pixel can include a driving transistor, a light emitting diode, and a pixel electrode connecting the driving transistor and the light emitting diode. Each touch unit can include a touch sensing transistor and a touch electrode connected to the touch sensing transistor, where the pixel electrode and the touch electrode are disposed on the same layer. Accordingly, the pixel electrode and the touch electrode are disposed on the substrate to sense the touch by a self-capacitance manner.

Discussed is a display device in which a photo transistor that senses light from a light-emitting element is disposed in a separate wiring substrate from a panel unit in which the light-emitting element is disposed. Thus, the photo transistor is used as a component of a compensation unit that compensates for a difference between luminance of pixels based on a sensing result of the light from the light-emitting element.

Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a display panel, a display device, and a display driving method. Specifically, there may be provided a display panel including a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix form, each of the plurality of pixels including N subpixels arranged in a first direction and having different colors, wherein N is 3 or 4 and a plurality of sensing lines disposed in a second direction between the plurality of pixels and configured to sense characteristic values for a plurality of subpixels electrically connected thereto, wherein the N subpixels are disposed so that subpixels of a same color are symmetrical with respect to the sensing line.
