According to one embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device comprises a wireless communication circuit, a memory, and a processor electrically connected to the wireless communication circuit and the memory, wherein the processor can be configured to acquire a plurality of encoded image frames on the basis of at least a part of image data stored in the memory, compare each data size of the plurality of encoded image frames with a threshold value, and change transmission setting of at least one among the plurality of encoded image frames through the wireless communication circuit on the basis of at least a part of the result of the comparison.
