A bio electrode and a method of forming the same are provided. The bio electrode comprises a first core-shell nanowire/polymer composite comprising a first core-shell nanowire and a first polymer. The method of forming a bio electrode comprises a step of forming a core-shell nanowire by carrying out epitaxial growth of a biocompatible metal on a surface of a core comprising a conductive metal.

A core-shell nanowire, a method of forming the core-shell nanowire and a stretchable composite comprising the core-shell nanowire are provided. The core-shell nanowire comprises a core comprising a conductive metal and a shell comprising a biocompatible metal. The method of forming the core-shell nanowire comprises a step of forming a core-shell nanowire by carrying out epitaxial growth of a biocompatible metal on a surface of a core comprising a conductive metal. The stretchable composite comprises a first core-shell nanowire/polymer composite comprising first core-shell nanowires and a first polymer, a first insulating layer disposed on the first core-shell nanowire/polymer composite, and a second core-shell nanowire/polymer composite disposed on the first insulating layer and comprising second core-shell nanowires and a second polymer.

A biopatch, a bioheater, a biosensor and a bioelectronic patch device are provided. The biopatch comprises a polymer film comprising a biopolymer and a drug loaded in the polymer film. The biopolymer may comprise one or more than one of a bioabsorbable polymer, a biodegradable polymer and a biocompatible polymer. The biopolymer may comprise oxidized starch. The drug may comprise a first drug chemically combined with the oxidized starch and a second drug physically combined with the oxidized starch. The bioheater comprises a heater comprising biometal. The biometal may comprise Mg or Fe. The heater can be controlled wirelessly by an alternating magnetic field. A biosensor according to one embodiment of the present inventive concept comprises an inductor and a capacitor connected to the inductor, wherein the capacitor comprises a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode and a dielectric disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, each of the inductor, the first electrode and the second electrode comprises biometal, and the dielectric comprises a biopolymer having a glass transition temperature in a range of 36&#x2dc;42&#xb0; C. A biosensor according to another embodiment of the present inventive concept comprises an inductor and a capacitor connected to the inductor, wherein the capacitor comprises a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode and a dielectric disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, a change in a dielectric constant of the dielectric is transmitted to an external device through a resonance frequency change with the inductor, and the external device measures temperature around the biosensor by measuring the resonance frequency change wirelessly. A bioelectronic patch device according to one embodiment of the present inventive concept comprises a drug patch comprising a polymer film comprising a biopolymer and a drug loaded in the polymer film, and a heater adjacent to the drug patch to heat the drug patch. A bioelectronic patch device according to another embodiment of the present inventive concept comprises a drug patch comprising a polymer film comprising a biopolymer and a drug loaded in the polymer film, a first protection layer disposed on the drug patch, a heater disposed on the first protection layer and heating the drug patch, a temperature sensor disposed on the first protection layer, spaced apart from the heater and measuring temperature of the heater, and a second protection layer covering the heater and the temperature sensor on the first protection layer.

A stretchable electronic device for artificial skin and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The stretchable electronic device for artificial skin includes a first encapsulation layer, a heater disposed on the first encapsulation layer, a second encapsulation layer disposed on the heater, a first sensor array layer disposed on the second encapsulation layer, and a third encapsulation layer disposed on the first sensor array layer.

A quantum dot electronic device comprises a first encapsulation layer, a first electrode disposed on the first encapsulation layer, a quantum dot pattern disposed on the first electrode, a second electrode disposed on the quantum dot pattern and a second encapsulation layer disposed on the second electrode. The quantum dot pattern may be formed by an intaglio transfer printing method, where the method comprises forming a quantum dot layer on a donor substrate, picking up the quantum dot layer using a stamp, putting the quantum dot layer into contact with an intaglio substrate using the stamp and separating the stamp from the intaglio substrate. Using the quantum dot transfer printing method, a subminiature quantum dot pattern can be transferred at a high transfer rate. Accordingly, a highly integrated quantum dot electronic device exhibiting excellent performance and a high integrated quantum dot light emitting device with an ultrathin film can be realized.

Disclosed herein are a stretchable triboelectric generator, a stretchable electricity storage device and a wearable electronic device. The stretchable triboelectric generator comprises a first stretchable triboelectric generation part comprising a first fabric layer and a first friction layer on the first fabric layer and a second stretchable triboelectric generation part comprising a second fabric layer and a second friction layer on the second fabric layer. The stretchable electricity storage device comprises at least one of a stretchable battery or a stretchable supercapacitor. The stretchable electricity storage device may be connected to the stretchable triboelectric generator and may store electricity generated by the stretchable triboelectric generator. The wearable electronic device comprises the stretchable triboelectric generator, the stretchable electricity storage device and a sensor connected electrically to at least one of the stretchable triboelectric generator or the stretchable electricity storage device to sense vital signs, bio signals, or body's movement changes.
