A solar cell module is discussed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate and a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes, which are formed on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate and are separated from each other, the plurality of solar cells disposed in a first direction; a plurality of first conductive lines connected to the plurality of first electrodes included in a first solar cell of the plurality of solar cells, and the plurality of first conductive lines extended in the first direction; a plurality of second conductive lines connected to the plurality of second electrodes included in a second solar cell of the plurality of solar cells which is adjacent to the first solar cell, and the plurality of second conductive lines extended in the first direction.

Solar cell module and method for manufacturing the same

A solar cell module is discussed. The solar cell module is defined with an effective area and a dead area, and includes a solar cell, and a substrate disposed at one surface of the solar cell. The substrate includes a light refraction pattern formed to correspond to the dead area.

Solar cell module

A solar cell module having an improved wiring structure is disclosed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including first electrodes and second electrodes which are alternately arranged in parallel with each other, a plurality of wiring members configured to electrically connect the plurality of solar cells, and which are positioned adjacent to each other among the plurality of solar cells, in a direction crossing the first electrodes and the second electrodes, and a plurality of bonding layers configured to fix the plurality of wiring members to the plurality of solar cells.

A solar cell module is disclosed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate, in which a p-n junction is formed, and a plurality of first and second electrodes which are formed on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate and are separated from each other, a plurality of interconnectors which are connected to the first electrodes or the second electrodes included in each solar cell and connect the plurality of solar cells in series, and a conductive adhesive attaching the interconnectors to the first electrodes or the second electrodes. The conductive adhesive includes the same material or the same metal-based material as a metal material included in at least one of the interconnectors or the first and second electrodes.

A solar cell and a solar cell module are disclosed. The solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, an emitter region extending in a first direction, a back surface field region extending in the first direction in parallel with the emitter region, a first electrode connected to the emitter region and extending in the first direction, and a second electrode connected to the back surface field region and extending in the first direction. The first electrode has different linewidths at two positions that are separated from each other in the first direction. The second electrode has different linewidths at two positions that are separated from each other in the first direction. A linewidth of the first electrode and a linewidth of the second electrode are different from each other at two positions that are separated from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction.

A solar cell includes a substrate having a textured surface, the textured surface including a plurality of jagged portions; an emitter region forming a p-n junction with the substrate; a plurality of first electrodes connected to the emitter region; and a second electrode connected to the substrate, wherein each of the plurality of jagged portions has a diameter and a height that are equal to or less than 1 &#x3bc;m, and each of the plurality of first electrodes has a width of about 20 &#x3bc;m to about 80 &#x3bc;m.

The present invention relates to a photovoltaic module. A photovoltaic module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a solar cell module, a micro-inverter to convert DC power generated by the solar cell module into AC power, a controller to control the micro-inverter's operation, and an interface unit connected to power grid supplying external electrical power and to provide the AC power to the power grid, the controller to control operation of the micro-inverter such that the AC power is matched to the external electrical power flowing into the power grid. The photovoltaic module according to the present invention can provide electrical power generated at solar cell modules through a simple connection to power grid which supplies electrical power to home, reducing consumption of electrical power flowing into home.

A solar cell module can include a plurality of solar cell strings, which include first and second solar cell strings including a first and second plurality of solar cells electrically connected in the first direction, respectively, and parallel to each other, first conductive wires connect a first electrode of a first solar cell to a second electrode of a second solar cell neighboring the first solar cell in the first direction within each of the solar cells, the first and second solar cell strings are electrically connected by a second conductive wire connecting a first electrode of a third solar cell located at a first end of the first solar cell string and a second electrode of a fourth solar cell located at a first end of the second solar cell string, and the second conductive wire is between the third solar cell and the fourth solar cell.

A solar cell module is discussed, and the solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including an electron current collector and an hole current collector on a back surface of a semiconductor substrate and a connection member for connecting an electron current collector of one of two adjacent solar cells of the plurality of solar cells to a hole current collector of the other of the two adjacent solar cells of the plurality of solar cells. The connection member includes a printed circuit film including an insulating film and a conductive pattern disposed on the insulating film and a conductive adhesive for attaching the conductive pattern to the electron current collector and the hole current collector.

A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells including a first solar cell and a second solar cell adjacent to each other, wherein each of the plurality of solar cells including at least one first current collector and at least one second current collector, wherein the at least one first current collector and the at least one second current collector being positioned on a non-light incident surface of each of the plurality of solar cells, which is opposite to a light incident surface of each of the plurality of solar cells, an insulating film having a conductive pattern part positioned on the insulating film, wherein the conductive pattern part including a first pattern which is connected to the at least one first current connectorof the plurality of solar cells and a second pattern which is connected to the at least one second current connector of the plurality of solar cells, wherein the first pattern being spaced apart from the second pattern; and an insulating sheet between the an insulating film and the non-light incident surface of the plurality of solar cells.

Solar cell module having a conductive pattern part

A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are discussed. The solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, a plurality of first and second electrodes which are formed on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate to be separated from each other, and an insulating member including a first auxiliary electrode connected to the first electrodes and a second auxiliary electrode connected to the second electrodes. The first electrodes and the first auxiliary electrode are connected using a conductive adhesive including a resin layer and conductive metal particles, and the second electrodes and the second auxiliary electrode are connected using the conductive adhesive. The first and second electrodes are insulated from each other through an insulating layer, or the first and second auxiliary electrodes are insulated from each other through the insulating layer.

Solar cell and method for manufacturing the same

A solar cell module includes first and second solar cells and an interconnector for electrically connecting the first and second solar cells. The first solar cell and the second solar cell each include a plurality of first electrodes formed on a back surface of a semiconductor substrate, a plurality of second electrodes formed on the back surface of the semiconductor substrate, a first auxiliary electrode connected to the plurality of first electrodes, a second auxiliary electrode connected to the plurality of second electrodes, and an insulating member positioned on back surfaces of the first auxiliary electrode and the second auxiliary electrode. Each of the first solar cell and the second solar cell is formed as an individual integrated type element by connecting one semiconductor substrate and one insulating member.
