A display apparatus can include a substrate including a hole area, an insulating layer disposed over the substrate, a transistor including a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode over the insulating layer, a planarization layer over the transistor, an anode electrode on the planarization layer, an organic light emitting layer on the anode electrode, and a cathode electrode on the organic light emitting layer. Also, the display apparatus can further include a bank-spacer layer over the anode electrode and partitioning the organic light emitting layer, a plurality of signal lines, a dam disposed between the hole area and the plurality of signal lines, and a structure disposed between the dam and the hole area. Also, the bank-spacer layer is configured by a half-tone exposure process and the structure disconnects some of the cathode electrode and the organic light emitting layer.

The present disclosure discloses a display apparatus, including a substrate including a pixel area including a disconnected area which encloses a hole area, an organic light emitting diode formed in the pixel area and the disconnected area, a plurality of inorganic insulating layers disposed below the organic light emitting diode, a disconnection structure which is disposed in the disconnected area and encloses the hole area, and an internal dam which is disposed in the disconnected area and encloses the disconnection structure, and in which the disconnection structure includes an eave portion which is simultaneously formed with the internal dam and a trench which is formed by etching the plurality of inorganic insulating layers disposed below the eave portion, and the disconnection structure is configured to have a predetermined overhang and a predetermined depth by the eave portion and the trench structure.

An organic light-emitting diode display and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. An organic light-emitting diode display includes a plurality of pixels, each pixel includes an organic light-emitting diode, and the organic light-emitting diode display includes: a substrate, a horizontal line on the substrate, at least one first insulating layer on the horizontal line, a shielding electrode on the at least one first insulating layer, at least one second insulating layer on the shielding electrode, a data line on the at least one second insulating layer, the data line crossing the horizontal line, the shielding electrode overlapping the horizontal line and the data line at a crossing of the horizontal line and the data line, and a constant voltage source connected to the shielding electrode.

An organic light emitting diode display is provided. The organic light emitting diode display includes a display panel having a plurality of pixels each including a light emitting diode, a data driver supplying a plurality of data signals to the plurality of pixels, a gate driver including a gate unit supplying a plurality of gate signals to the plurality of pixels and an emission unit supplying a plurality of emission signals to the plurality of pixels using a charge pump element to control a length of an emission period of the light emitting diode, and a timing controller supplying image data and a data control signal to the data driver and supplying a gate control signal to the gate driver.

Organic light emitting diode display

A display device is discussed. The display device according to an embodiment includes a substrate, a display region disposed over the substrate and including a plurality of subpixels, and a data pad part disposed in regions other than the display region. The data pad part includes a data signal line extended from the display region, an insulating film disposed on the data signal line and insulating the data signal line, a data pad electrode disposed on the insulating film and connected to the data signal line through the via hole, and an insulating pattern configured to cover the via hole. The data pad electrode can include at least one electrode hole.

A display device includes a display panel and a scan driver including transistors formed in a non-display area of the display panel. A compensation voltage is supplied to the scan driver through a compensation gate electrode included in at least one transistor of the scan driver. Namely, the at least one transistor includes a gate electrode, to which a signal or a voltage for activating a channel is supplied, and the compensation gate electrode, to which the compensation voltage for recovering a threshold voltage is supplied.
