A growth system for growing vegetation is provided, and includes a plurality of modular growing units defining a vegetative zone; a plurality of lighting units including a lighting node for selectively emitting first and/or second wavelengths of light in the vegetative zone; an unpressurized reservoir for housing a fluid containing one or more nutrients; a nutrient feeding system for fluidly connecting each of the modular units to the reservoir in parallel; and a pump in fluid communication between the reservoir and the modular units. When a modular unit is connected to the respective quick connect valve, the nutrient feeding system directs the fluid to the modular unit, and when the modular unit is disconnected from the valve, the valve is configured for preventing the fluid from flowing from the reservoir through the valve, and the other modular units connected to the nutrient feeding system remain fluidly connected to the reservoir.

Modular automated growing system

A medication dispensing device comprises a case having a front panel, a back panel and sidewalls. The case defines a medication holding area and a dosage holding area. A first gate is located between the medication holding area and the dosage holding area and is operable to allow the dosage to pass from the medication holding area to the dosage holding area. A second gate is operable to allow the dosage to pass from the dosage holding area to the patient. The device further includes a battery, a patient authentication device and a central processing unit (CPU). Upon proper patient authentication, the CPU instructs the first gate to open to pass the dosage to the dosage holding area, the first gate to close upon passage of the dosage, the second gate to open to dispense the dosage, and the second gate to close.

Prescription control system

An aeroponic growth system comprising a plurality of modular aeroponic units each including at least one spray nozzle directed into a root zone; a lighting system associated with the plurality of the modular units and configured for emitting light in a vegetative zone; a pressurized reservoir configured for housing a nutrient containing fluid; and a nutrient feeding system configured for fluidly and selectively connecting each of the modular units to the pressurized reservoir in parallel, wherein the nutrient feeding system includes a pressure stop valve associated with each of the modular units. When one of the modular units are disconnected to the associated pressure stop valve, the pressure stop valve is configured for preventing the fluid from flowing from the pressurized reservoir through the pressure stop valve, and the other modular units connected to the nutrient feeding system remain fluidly connected to the pressure reservoir.
