A display device is provided. The display device includes: a display substrate on which a plurality of light-emitting areas are defined; and a color conversion substrate on which a plurality of light-transmitting areas respectively associated with the plurality of light-emitting areas and light-blocking areas between the plurality of light-transmitting areas are defined, the color conversion substrate comprising color patterns in the light-blocking areas, and light-blocking members on the color patterns, wherein at least one of the light-emitting areas has an area smaller than the area of the light-transmitting area that overlaps it in a thickness direction, and the color patterns include a blue colorant.

Display device

A display device includes a display area and a non-display area at least partially surrounding the display area. A first display substrate includes a plurality of thin film transistors. A second display substrate is disposed opposite to the first display substrate. A seal member is disposed within the non-display area and is disposed between the first display substrate and the second display substrate. The seal member is configured to attach the first display substrate to the second display substrate. Each of the plurality of thin film transistors includes a gate electrode. The gate electrode of at least one of the plurality of thin film transistors overlaps the seal member in a thickness direction of the display device.

A pixel and a display device including the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the pixel includes an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and a reflection layer facing the OLED and configured to reflect light emitted from the OLED. The pixel also includes a photosensor configured to measure luminance of the reflected light. The photosensor is placed on a rear side of the OLED.

Pixel and display device including the same

An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a substrate including a display area in which an OLED is formed and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The OLED display also includes a pixel defining layer formed over the substrate and having an opening defining an emission area of the OLED, a first passivation layer covering a portion of the pixel defining layer formed in the non-display area and a second passivation layer formed in the non-display area, wherein a portion of the second passivation layer does not overlap the first passivation layer in the depth dimension of the OLED display. The OLED display further includes an encapsulation substrate formed to be opposite to the substrate and a filler filling a space between the substrate and the encapsulation substrate and contacting the first and second passivation layers.

Organic light-emitting diode display

A display device includes a display panel including a bendable display panel including a substrate and a plurality of pad portions on the substrate. The substrate includes a cutout between adjacent pad portions of the plurality of pad portions.

Bendable display device

A display device may include a light-emitting element and a controllable element. The light-emitting element may emit a light. The controllable element may neighbor the light-emitting element in a plan view of the display device and may include a fluid set. The fluid set may include at least one of a light-reflecting element set and a black element set. The controllable element may have a first average reflectance value in a first direction if the controllable element receives no voltage or receives a first voltage. The controllable element may have a second average reflectance value in the first direction if the controllable element receives a second voltage. The second voltage may be unequal to the first voltage. The second average reflectance value may be unequal to the first average reflectance value.

A mirror display device includes a mirror module and a display module. The mirror module includes a transparent substrate and a plurality of first mirror patterns. The transparent substrate has a first region and a second region adjacent to the first region. The first mirror patterns are disposed on a surface of the transparent substrate in the first region. The display module includes a display part that emits a light and a plurality of second mirror patterns. The display module is combined with the mirror module on the surface of the transparent substrate in the second region.

Large area mirror display and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a reflecting layer. A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a lower substrate; an upper substrate facing the lower substrate; a thin film transistor on the lower substrate; and a first reflecting layer on a first surface of the upper substrate, the first surface facing the lower substrate, in which the lower substrate and the upper substrate include a display area for displaying an image, and a peripheral area outside the display area, and wherein the first reflecting layer is at the peripheral area, at display area, and at an area adjacent an edge of the upper substrate.

Display device including reflecting layer

A display device, including a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other and integrally attached to each other by a sealant; a display unit on one surface of the first substrate facing the second substrate; a reflective film on one surface of the second substrate facing the first substrate, the reflective film including a first region inside the sealant, a second region overlapping the sealant, and a third region outside the sealant; and a passivation layer covering at least the third region of the reflective film.

The present invention discloses a semiconductor wafer baking apparatus comprising a heating plate, a wafer guide, and an exhaust heat compensator. The heating plate is loaded with a wafer and the wafer guide arranges the wafer on the heating plate. The exhaust heat compensator is placed on the wafer guide and compensates exhausted heat from an edge area of the wafer. The exhaust heat compensator comprises a penetration hole to expose a center portion of the wafer. Therefore, the semiconductor wafer baking apparatus according to the present invention compensates the heat loss occurring in the edge area of the wafer and keeps the edge area of the wafer from temperature drop, which results in a temperature uniformity on the wafer surface. By reducing the temperature deviation within a wafer, a uniform pattern size of an entire wafer in the semiconductor wafer manufacturing process is achieved so that the process reliability and the process yields can be improved.
