Provided is a manual follicle-transplanting hair transplanter for increasing a graft survival rate. The manual follicle-transplanting hair transplanter includes a needle member having a lower end containing a follicle to be transplanted and having a head having a larger diameter than a portion below the head at an upper end thereof, a rod member inserted into the needle member and having a push portion having a larger diameter than a portion below the push portion at an upper end thereof, an inner body configured to contain the needle member and limit downward movement of the needle member, and an outer body configured to contain the inner body and limit upward movement of the needle member. The needle member is automatically withdrawn when a compressed spring disposed in the inner body expands and pushes up a lower surface of the head.

An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus and method for expanding skin capable of expanding autologous skin to the maximum extent and performing a tissue culture of skin at the outside of the body. The present invention relates to a harmonic-noise speech coder and coding algorithm of the mixed signal of voiced/unvoiced sound using harmonic model. The harmonic-noise speech coder comprises a noise spectral estimating means for coding the noise component by predicting the spectral by LPC analysis method after separating the noise, which is unvoiced sound component from the inputted LPC residual signal using cepstrum. And more improved speech quality can be obtained by analyzing noise effectively using the noise spectral model predicted through cepstrum-LPC analysis method of the mixed signal of voiced/unvoiced sound to the existing harmonic model and then coding the signal.

A time-separated speech coder that codes a transitional signal of voiced/unvoiced sound through harmonic speech coding, the coder including a transitional excitation signal analyzer/synthesizer for coding the transitional signal by extracting the harmonic model parameters of both transitional analyzers after detecting a transitional point and generating sinusoidal waveforms according to a variable transitional point separating both transitional analyzers. By the transitional point at which energy varies abruptly and the time-separated coding based on the transitional point, more improved speech quality than in the general harmonic speech coder can be obtained using the time-separated speech coder by increasing the representation capability of the transitional signal with large energy variation, after adapting it to the variable transitional point.

This present invention relates to a method for managing trunk status of a CDMA mobile communication exchange. A CDMA mobile communication exchange according to the present invention has the logical trunk and physical trunks relation to the trunk status, which respectively are managed in separate subsystems, and handles the physical trunks distributed and implemented in various subsystems as a single route through the use of the logical trunk structure in order to manage it in a single subsystem, such that the easy route management and route data collection are made possible. Further, the duplicate management are made for the trunk status through separate systems, which allows thus program for managing logical trunk status to collect trunk status from subsystem for managing physical trunk status and vice versa. Therefore, an effective management for the trunk status can be accomplished, and the route management and routing functions are further improved.
