An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display device including a substrate including a display area in which a plurality of pixel groups are disposed and a peripheral area disposed around the display area, and a plurality of alignment keys disposed on the substrate, wherein each of the pixel groups may include a plurality of pixels displaying different colors, and the plurality of alignment keys may include first alignment keys that are disposed in the pixel groups adjacent to edges of at least two corners of the display area and that are disposed in a plurality of first pixels that display the same color among a plurality of pixels included in the pixel group.

A display device may include: a display area; a peripheral area which is located outside the display area and in which a black matrix is disposed; and a plurality of pixel columns including: a first pixel column including a first pixel configured to display a first color; and a second pixel column including a second pixel configured to display a second color different from the first color, wherein an absolute value of a first boundary slope of a boundary line between the first pixel column and the black matrix may be greater than an absolute value of a second boundary slope of a boundary line between the second pixel column and the black matrix, and wherein the first color may be one of white and green.

A display device may include: a display area; a peripheral area disposed outside the display area and in which at least a part of a black matrix is disposed; and a plurality of pixel columns including: a first pixel column configured to display a first color, the first pixel column including a first boundary slope defined by a boundary line between the first pixel column and the black matrix; and a second pixel column disposed adjacent to the first pixel column, the second pixel column configured to display a second color different from the first color and including a second boundary slope defined by a boundary line between the second pixel column and the black matrix, wherein the first boundary slope may have a positive value, and the second boundary slope has a negative value.
